Apartamento Pintada 25

+ Lovely communication with Dory for check in and when we asked for extra late checkout, which was offered without any extra charge and was much appreciated. Great location, close to balcon and in a lovely area for food. Apartment well stocked with everything you need, beach mats, pads for beds on roof terrace. Plenty of towels, good aircon. Had an amazimg time, only the uncomfortable beds were a let down.

− Beds in both rooms very uncomfortable. Rooms a little dated and would benefit from being decorated.

Nerja is a beautiful town. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. Apartment ideal location.

+ Roof terrace was excellent. Location was ideal. Quiet location with very little noise from outside even although the street is relatively busy during the day. Easy access if arriving outwith check-in times. Dory was really helpful and easy to contact.

− Bed was a bit firm for our liking however would definitely stay in the apartment again.

+ Location was excellent for restaurants in nearby Calle de la Gloria.. also just a few minutes from main square with Balcon and church etc. Roof terrace is a great feature. Bed was comfortable.

− No AC in bedrooms and didnt want to open windows in case of mosquitos.

+ Bra läge! Härligt med egen takterass, lagom varmt där uppe nu när vi åkte i mars-april. Rent och fint.

− Lite tunnt med husgeråd för att kunna laga egna middagar. Något trång lägenhet men läget överväger det.

+ Veldig sentral beliggenhet.

− Bildene løy veldig om størrelsen. Ingen mekanisk lufting, dermed tung og veldig fuktig luft.

Overall a comfortable stay in a great part of Nerja.

+ Pintada 25 is located in a great spot.

− On a warm day it is very hard to turn the lock in the exterior door. I think it needs replacing. The drains, especially outside the main bedroom are a bit smelly.

Perfect location, great terrace

+ The flat is in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants, but our favourite thing was the roof terrace - we spent a lot of time up there and used the BBQ several times. We also appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. Most rentals give you the bare minimum, but this place had things like a juicer, electric grill, good knives, grater, even an electric kettle (which isn't typical in Spain). The TV has good programme options, including Netflix and Prime (not that you should spend a lot of time watching TV!).

− Beds were a little uncomfortable, with scratchy sheets, and you need to leave the bedroom doors open at night or the rooms are too hot (air conditioning is only in the living room/kitchen). Only one replacement bin bag was left for us for a 10-day stay, so we had to buy more (toilet paper goes in the bin, so it needs to be emptied frequently).

+ We have stayed in Nerja numerous times and this apartment is in a fantastic location, with easy access to the main areas like the Balcony de Europa and the best tapas street in Nerja. The apartment has a large rooftop with sun loungers, table and chairs for relaxation.

− Apartment was small but adequate for 3 adults. Cooking facilities a little limited but not a big problem for us. Bed linen was a little old and could do with updating

A great location and a fabulous sun terrace

+ The location is excellent very central to all that Nerja has to offer, but quiet. The private sun terrace is wonderful with sun all day long. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Dory, our host was very quick to respond and very helpful with any queries.

− Fairly basic amenities. May be a little cramped for four adults.

− Roof terrace sunbed is unsafe with major splitting. Canopy covers old, torn and not fit for purpose Small outside area with table and chairs would be great if you like eating in a WC , smell was terrible.

− We were only two people in the apartment, which officially slept 4. The living area would have been very tight with 4 people.
