Spędziliśmy 3 noce Największą zaletą obiektu jest lokalizacji oraz balkon na dachu.

+ Lokalizacja była świetna. Blisko plaży oraz Balkonu Europy. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i barów.

− Klimatyzacja w kuchni, nie chłodziła sypialni. Sztywne, szeleszczące prześcieradło

− Very poor communication with the host. Check in at 5 pm and check out at 10 am seems excessive, and charging 10€ per hour for late check out is a theft

Excellent séjour dans une très jolie ville . Ne pas hésiter à visiter Frigiliana, à 7 KM.

+ Appartement très central, au coeur du centre ville très animé , riche en restaurants , bars, ... 2 plages à 3 minutes à pied. Hôte disponible pour conseiller des commerces et endroits à visiter ou trouver un Taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Idéal pour voyageurs sans voiture.

− Vaisselle un peu succinte , une théière et des mugs seraient appréciés. Un peu bruyant parfois la nuit, quoique le quartier soit piétonnier. Mais double vitrage efficace.

All round, it provided great accommodation for my solo stay.

+ Central location, atmosphere of location. Communal roof terrace immediately above my unit, good communication from Miguel, right amount of space for my wishes, quietness despite busy location.

− No aircon in bedroom, shower valves and head v poor, spiral staircase manageable with small luggage but not very convenient, some welcome provisions would be nice.

Für einen Kurztrip super!

+ Super Lage, 5 Minuten vom Balcon de Europa und 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.

− Die Betten waren nicht die bequemsten. Es war bis in die Nacht relativ laut, da die Wohnung direkt in der Fußgängerzone liegt.

Hübsche Dachterasse mit Meerblick - Wohnung mitten im Trubel

+ Die Terasse und die Balkone waren schön. Die Küche und das Bad waren tiptop, das Bett war bequem. Die Waschmaschine war praktisch. Die Lage perfekt, wenn auch etwas lärmig nachts durch die Passanten.

− Einchecken erst 17 Uhr war etwas mühsam, war dann doch früher aber wurde lange offen gelassen. Aber funktionierte eigentlich tiptop.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location

+ Lovely apartment. Exactly as depicted in the photos. Good air-conditioning and nice to have small balconies from living & bedroom areas with street view. Lovely terrace at top of property with nice seating area. Plus washing machine / clothes line located here. Excellent location only a few minutes walk to old town and Balcon de Europe.

− While it is clearly stated in the property description please note that the first and second floor apartments (apartment B & C) are accessed via a spiral staircase which also leads to terrace on roof. This wasn't a problem for us but could be for anyone with mobility or balance issues.

− Just be aware very steep narrow spiral staircase to apartment and roof terrace .we were ok with it but it was a struggle to get a heavy suitcase up there !!

+ Location was brilliant, very convenient for bars, restaurants etc. We had to park our car in the underground carpark which cost us 60 euros which after a lovely few cheap nights away ended up being rather expensive!

− Unfortunately the cost of car parking and New Years Eve was a washout due to the weather! Also we found the apartment cold and dark.

We had a great stay but unfortunately we would not rebook because of the access to the rooftop

− The spiral staircase to roof terrace very difficult for older guests no where else available to dry clothes

− Though there was a wardrobe to hang clothes not enough shelves for clothes.

Perfect location, close to the beaches and balcony of Europe.
