− Rzeczywistość różniła się od oferty w internecie. W normalnych warunkach lokalizacja byłaby niezła. Okazało się jednak, że promenada jest w remoncie. Połowa restauracji w związku z tym była zamknięta. Maszyny budowlane jeździły po plaży tuż przy wypoczywających turystach wzniecając tumany kurzu. Postęp prac był znikomy więc do końca lipca 2026 z pewnością nie skończą prac budowlanych. Jeśli ktoś może zrezygnować to niech się poważnie zastanowi. Przy tym niedziałająca przez cały czas pobytu klimatyzacja była tylko drobną niedogodnością.

Die Lage ist gut und die Unterkunft verfügt über alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt.
− Der einzige Punkt, den wir kritisch sehen, ist die zusätzliche Gebühr von 30 € für die späte Anreise um 23:00 Uhr. Da an der Unterkunft bereits ein Schlüsselkasten vorhanden ist, in den wir den Schlüssel beim Check-out zurücklegen sollten, erschließt sich uns nicht ganz, warum wir den Schlüssel nicht auch auf diesem Weg hätten erhalten können. Dadurch wäre es nicht notwendig gewesen, dass jemand extra spät am Abend zur Unterkunft kommen musste.

+ Fantastic little place with a fully stocked kitchen and really comfy bed. TV was also great, having chrome cast was a huge win. Also a great spot just far enough out of Malaga to feel a bit more local.

− Un peu à l’étroit mais confortable et très calme. Les restaurants et la plage sont à 2 minutes. Très facile de prendre le bus pour le centre de Malaga. Sinon, une belle marche le long de la Méditerranée avec de beaux points de vues.

+ Close to beach, fully equipped, close to bus into Centro, close to groceries and restaurants. Comfortable bed, heat, oven was a plus and washer also had dry feature. Host was contactable. Folding table and chairs and umbrella available for beach.
− The room was not cleaned when we arrived at 4:30, we were told by the cleaner to come back in an hour (no apology on meeting host, just right to business and signing contract). There was garbage left in the bathroom container, the hot water is only good for one shower ( as stated by other reviews), parking is hard to get on the street (as others have commented on). It would have been nice to know that temporary parking is available just for dropping bags (we walked 10min), host did not give instructions for “public parking nearby “ as listed in description. Host asked us to remove our garbage before leaving (I don’t see that anywhere in the description). Noise late in the evening was an issue a few times, people leaving restaurants and motorcycles (as mentioned by other reviews) You can hear water running (flushing toilets) and guests in neighbouring room. Garbage piled near the apartment from a neighbour (not the fault of the host but unpleasant). Would have been nice to know about the bus pass if you travel into town a number of times it is WAY CHEAPER ( go to the Tabaco place by the Carrefour). A few fixes to policy and local information and it would rate much higher.

+ Location was excellent for those looking for a quieter, beachy place to stay with lots of restaurants around the corner and easy bus or bike access to the center of the city. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great deal! There were helpful guides to all the appliances and to the city in the apartment too. Much easier to soeep at night sound-wise compared to when we stayed in Centro
− It might have been the unusually rainy weather and high humidity but we couldn’t get our clothes to dry in the dryer. The bed could have been comfier but that might be our personal preference as we like a firm mattress and it was quite soft. Otherwise everything was great for what we needed.

+ We loved Jimena’s apartment. It’s neat and brand new, with a complete kitchen and everything works. Best thing is the location, in a quiet street a few metres back from the El Pablo beachfront, which we reckon is the nicest spot on the whole Malaga strip (we checked the rest). It’s not crowded and with sweet little protected beaches for swimming. There’s plenty of restaurants and a Carrefours supermarket nearby. And Jimena is a great host! Friendly, helpful and responsive. 10/10!
