Informa a Charming Madrid Atocha con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el Unterkunft. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. Ten en cuenta que todas las peticiones especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden comportar suplementos.
Las personas menores de 18 Jahre solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales.
Las personas que se vayan a alojar recibirán un contrato de Miete que tendrán que devolver firmado al Unterkunft antes de la llegada. Si no reciben el contrato a tiempo, tendrán que ponerse en contacto con la empresa de gestión de Unterkünfte llamando al número indicado en la confirmación de la reserva.
Se pedirá un depósito por daños de EUR 300 a la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá 14 días después del check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el Unterkunft.
