The perfect base for exploring Seville

+ Perfect location! All the main sights are within walking distance, yet it was quiet at night, which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment has a homey feel, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast; the amenities matched the description. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Seville is magical, and this place was the perfect base for exploring it. I definitely recommend it!

− La luce della camera da letto non siamo riusciti ad accenderla ed abbiamo utilizzato quelle dei comodini. Suggeriamo.di mettere un specchio lungo in qualche parte dell'appartamento.

+ Location is perfect! Rooms are spacious. All needed for short stay.

− We were returning customers with my friends. There are 1 sofa (not comfortable for 2 to sleep) and 1 double bed. We asked for 4 blankets as we are not family and don't want to sleep under 1 blanket. We got answer from host that we will have all blankets as per booking for 4 persons. There were again 2 double blankets, not clean! , looked as they were used by other guests and not washed. NOT for 4 people comfortable sleep.

+ Alloggio in posizione ideale per visitare la città, centralissimo, ben dotato, comodo! Le lenzuola erano profumatissime! Istruzioni per entrare in alloggio fornite tramite comunicazioni Contatto con il gestore effeciente

− Non troppo luminoso, ma se si va per visitare la città e serve solo per tornare la sera è ottimo. Il divano letto potrebbe essere migliorato con applicazione di un topper

+ La posizione della casa era strategica per visitare il centro di Siviglia; la casa era accessibile anche a passeggini e sedie a rotelle; la casa è attrezzata molto bene per ospitare famiglie con bambini, anche di meno di un anno (erano presenti seggiolone, posate, piatti per bimbi, lettino con lenzuola e salviette, vaschetta per il bagnetto).

− La casa era buia, il bagno non finestrato e la ventolina non sufficiente, la dotazione di asciugamani per adulti era risicata e non erano presenti quelli da doccia, la pulizia era un po' grossolana.

+ Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta, wszędzie można dotrzeć na piechotę. Klucze w skrytce, niestety takiego systemu nie mamy w Polsce, był mały kłopot z otwarciem tej skrzyneczki, trzeba próbować :) Klimatyzacja (ogrzewanie) na kluczyk, trochę potrwa, aż lokal się nagrzeje (byliśmy w grudniu). Ciepła woda, także leci dopiero po chwili. Ogólnie wszystko gra, po przeczytaniu wszystkich tabliczek w pomieszczeniach i instrukcji w aplikacji wiadomo jak obsługiwać ten lokal. Zmywarka, pralka, kuchenka, zastawa wszystko jest.

− Trochę nam było zimno, zwłaszcza na początku zanim mieszkanie się nie nagrzało.

+ L'emplacement Les équipements notamment pour bébé (chaise haute, lit parapluie), micro ondes, frigo, congélateur. Le seul truc qui manque ce sont des feuilles et un stylo Nickel

− Not very well sound proofed as we could hear the water pipes of the other apartments as well as other noises. Also the blackouts of the bedroom were a bit difficult to close, but overall the curtains helped maintain some privacy.

+ The host was very pleasant to liaise with. Instructions were very clear and given in a timely manner. Superb location, set away from the road/thoroughfare.

− Movement upstairs was fairly audible at times though nothing unpleasant.
