+ La struttura è esattamente come indicata nelle foto. I due bagni permettono di stare comodi ed avere i giusti spazi. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole e comodo.

− Lo staff è stato gentile e ha fornito le risposte alle richieste anche se a volte con una bassa reattività. La zona era tranquilla anche se un po' periferica. Le metro più vicine sono a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La sera il quartiere offre poco

+ The property does not look like much from the outside but is beautifully restored and set up inside. Comfortable with good aircon and a good kitchen to look after yourself. Groceries are closeby and metro just a little further.+

+ Al ir un grupo de amigos es muy practico estar en un apartamento.

− Es un bajo, eso quiere decir que estas a pie de calle. El horario del checkin es muy tarde, a las 17h y el checkout a las 11h, dado que se entra tarde el dia que se llega me parece que hace irnos pronto.

+ The neighborhood is good,quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean with everything you would need. It is close to the metro station and you have market, restaurants and pharmacy around. Everything was perfect

A very good and comfortable apartment, located in a quiet part of the city, close to good restaurant

+ The location is in a quieter part of the city, free from noise, about 10-minute walk from the metro station. Nearby, there are many good local restaurants frequented by locals, as well as very good bakeries.

Perfect family apartment to visit Madrid. We'll be back in Madrid and will want to book here again

+ We wanted for nothing. Great location. Metro is few minutes walk away and you have quick access to the whole city from here. Loads of grocery places to shop. Great bakeries, cafes, takeaways, etc. Playground not far either. Felt very safe too. Nice church nearby too

− Il est en rez de chaussée et ce n’était pas indiqué. Il donne directement sur la route, donc impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres et rideaux. Il est assez loin du centre.

+ Great appartement, withe everything necessary in, it, with essentials things in the kitchen and air conditioner in every room which was a bless in this climate (hot summer). The location is good, not at the city center but 30 minutes away at the metro. The meteo station was nerbay, and famous alcala strett was 2 minutes walking from the apartment, and includes all you need to buy or dine.

− An electric kettle could be useful but lacking it didn't effect our staying at all

+ Non sono uno che scrive spesso recensioni su booking ma devo dire che questo posto ha stupito tutti noi. Siamo un gruppo di 4 amici, abbiamo prenotato quasi a ridosso del giorno della vacanza eppure il prezzo era ancora ottimo. L'appartamento ci si è presentato pulitissimo e aveva tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per fare 3 giorni a Madrid. L'host ci has lasciato capsule per il caffè e diverse bustine di tè, molto apprezzato. Ha due camere e due bagni in modo da placare le anime, soprattutto la mattina. Letti super comodi, salone molto comodo e ampio, TV bello grande, aria condizionata funzionante. Interior design molto carino. Camere abbastanza ampie per 2 persone. Bagni eccezionalmente puliti e stile molto carino e contemporaneo. Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo anche sfruttato il divano letto in salone per stare più larghi. Lo consigliamo, siamo stati 3 giorni. I proprietari sono stati molto pronti nella loro risposta e ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni per poter entrare e lasciare l'alloggio. Anzi hanno messo a disposizione l'alloggio molto prima dell'orario che abbiamo comunicato, da noi apprezzato. la location era a dir poco perfetta. Una zona tranquilla di Madrid, poco lontana dal chaos del centro storico (30 minuti con la metro). E collegata con due metro, non vicinissime ma neanche lontane (media di 10 minuti a piedi). Zona piuttosto tranquilla anche la notte. Essendo al piano terra bisogna stare attenti a non lasciare le finestre aperte, comunque sono presenti delle grate in metallo per maggiore sicurezza. Direi tutto ottimo da parte nostra. Bravi gli host e complimentissimi!

− Sarebbe stato più apprezzato se fossero stati lasciati anche le essenziali per la doccia e per lavarsi nei bagni. Asciugacapelli era presente e noi comunque ci siamo portati la roba per lavarci quindi nessun problema. Forse per chi non si era preparato sapone, bagnoschiuma, shampoo ecc l'avrebbe percepito come un problema. A noi fortunatamente non ha influito.

Quiet, clean, modern, spacious neighborhood apartment with nice amenities.

+ Good, quiet location in a Spanish neighborhood. Ground floor entrance with no stairs. Not many tourists in the neighborhood, so nearby restaurants provided authentic Spanish food at very reasonable prices. Five minute walk to grocery stores, fruit markets, restaurants, subway, and pharmacy. Good access to taxis, which cost about 10-12 euros to city center. Spacious apartment with good privacy in each bedroom. Master has attached bathroom with an additional bedroom for the second bedroom. Good furniture for family gatherings around TV or dinner table. Appliances are new and modern. Large TV. Great showers with ample hot water. Good space for clothing storage. Owner was very communicative before and during stay!

− A couple small details. Apartment has no toilet paper holders. One master bedroom clothes rack was broken and missing. Second bedroom had two broken shelves. It would be helpful to have written details available in the apartment, such as WiFi codes.
