+ The house is located in a quiet residential area, with the most beautiful sunsets. We really liked the house in general, enough space for everyone, loved especially the outside/garden area. Everything was clean and fairly new.

− As the house is not cheap, we expected a bit more “service” to be included. There were no blankets (only bed sheets) for sleeping, which you might think is okay in the summer, but everyone has different preferences and I never stayed in an accommodation without a blanket being provided. Electricity is charged separately, which was not explicitly mentioned here on Booking (that should be changed!). Never experienced that before that you book an accommodation and need to pay electricity separately. Furthermore, garbage needs to be carried to a separate location approx. 5 minutes driving from the house. If you stay in the house with 6 people for instance, there is a lot of gar around accumulatingc, hence you need to carry the garbage to the place almost every day. If you leave garbage in the house on the day of your departure, you will be charged 100€ (!). So very inconvenient. And lastly, even though I guess nothing the property management can do about it: there are lots of mosquitoes, so we really had difficulties sleeping (as soon as you had the window shortly open during the day). Overall, while the house was generally nice, due to all the above-mentioned things, we could not enjoy our stay as much and it did not fully feel like holidays.

− Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Ein Badezimmer pro Schlafzimmer wäre schön gewesen Das dritte Badezimmer im Keller ist ungünstig, da es nur über den Garten erreichbar ist

+ The property was well equipped to a high standard. Lovely garden and bbq/outside seating area. Super comfy beds!

− While someone was on hand to check us in there was no book in the property covering WiFi codes/equipment details etc. Also worth noting if you are taking kids that the pool is deep (145cm in shallowest point to 200cm).

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood!

+ This modern, clean property was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 babies. The spacious accommodations provided ample room for everyone, and the pool and outdoor dining/seating areas were ideal for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. The property manager's communication and helpful local recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. Situated in a picturesque, quiet neighborhood, the house offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to Alcudia town and several breathtaking beaches.

− We loved everything about our stay. The one small downside - we missed that electricity has a slight additional charge even though it was in the fine print. It wasn't a huge deal as it was a fraction of the cost of our overall stay, however, it would've been nice if that was included in the price of the property.

AMAZING!

+ Newly renovated wonderful house in a very nice and quiet area. It is super comfy, everything new and working perfect, including the heating which is good when needed at this time of the year. Close to all touristic attractions, bars and restaurants. The house was spotless clean and the guys from Mallorca Holiday Properties were super helpful all the time and went far beyond our expectations. All in all, a very nice holiday experience. We will be back!
