Great start to an Andalusia holiday. Peaceful home with good amenities and close to centre of Nerja.

+ Great location, lovely roof terrace, and great recommendations for dinner and lunch.

+ Tiene unas vistas hacia la playa y hacia la montaña , la Terra sin duda es lo mejor del piso , privacidad y el jacuzzi como joya de la corona

− No es que no me guste , es la estructura del edificio y hay que subir dos pisos para llegar y no tiene ascensor , pero eso no es una cosa que no me guste es que es así la vivienda

+ la ubicación es buenisima, la anfiitriona (Maria Jesús) muy atenta en todo momento, facilitandonos la entrada al Unterkunft y nos explicó todo. Siempre la poTagmos llamar o escribir y responTag muy rápido. La terraza, las vistas, son espectaculares, así como el jacuzzi.

− Al ser una muy buena ubicación, tiene el problema del parking, era dificil aparcar, pero eso no tiene que ver con el apartamento, si no con la situacion.

− Dog barking, scraping noises at night.

+ El jacuzzi una pasada, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, una calidad bienvenida y flexibilidad en el horario de salida y entrada

환상적인 전망의 옥상 테라스와 자쿠지

+ 마을과 해변 전망이 조망되는 넓은 옥상과 온수가 되는 제트 야외 자쿠지, 마트와 택시 정거장 바로 인접, 저렴하고 넓은 공영주차장이 가까움, 명소인 유럽의 발코니와 걸어서 10분정도로 가깝고 숙소가 조용한편, 호스트인 마리아씨가 매우 친절함.

− 인테리어가 좀 낡았으나 나름대로 클래식한 분위기가 있어서 좋았슴, 화장실 환풍기가 없다는점 그러나 창문을 열고 환기를 시킬수 있슴

+ O apartamento é muito confortável, espaçoso e limpo. A anfitriã atenciosa e simpática, foi solícita e prontamente respondeu a todas as nossas dúvidas. Localização perfeita, estacionamento próximo, uma curta caminhada ao centro e claro, a Jacuzzi um grande diferencial ao fim do dia. Super recomendo!

+ La terraza y la ubicación

− La ducha, salía poca agua debido a la antigüedad y deterioro del cabezal de ducha. Falta algún detalle de cortesía que añadiría valor con un coste mínimo.

+ Amplio, cómodo y muy limpio. El jacuzzi otro punto a favor y María Jesús muy atenta

+ Beautifully clean and well equipped property. The owner Maria was so helpful and the hot tub and beautiful terrace was an added bonus to relax

Great apartment - would definitely return

+ Host was very good and contacted easily. Sorted out any issues and answered questions really quickly. Terrace with hot tub and views make the stay.

− We found beds slightly smaller than were used to.

One of the best air b&b’s I’ve stayed in and would definitely come back!!!

+ Perfect and authentic inside. It’s huge!! The terrace upstairs is the best part, just amazing!!! We used it a lot. Had tea in the sunshine, sunbathed and used the hot tub. I think my only suggestion would be to have another loo roll, tea / making facilities and robes/slippers for after the hot tub would be a great touch too.

− Only one long(shared) pillow for double bed. Free parking nearby but not suitable if you have lots of luggage.

Excellent in all areas

+ We liked the authentic furniture , the space, everything we needed was there , the hot tub and outside space. The location was ideal and the owners checked us in when we arrived , so all convenient .

Lovely apartment, great host & location.

+ Location is fantastic and Maria the host was so very kind with excellent communication. She was there to greet us and gave us info where to go. The apartment is spotless clean and Maria was on hand if we needed anything, even leaving us some necessities because of late arrival including fresh eggs from her chickens. Best part is the private roof terrace with jacuzzi! We loved it and would defo return. Thank you Maria.

Exceptional

+ Wonderful apartment with fantastic rooftop terrace and private hot tub. Only 400m walk to all bars and restaurants. Maria was a great host and super helpful. Big free car park only 200m from Apartment.

Big nice apartment with great rooftop patio.

+ Nice apartment with all amenities, 2 bedrooms with comfortable bed and one big bathroom. Nice big smart TV and good internet. Kitchen has all kitchen ware to cook. The best is the rooftop patio with hot tub and a gas grilled. Big super market right across the street. Big free parking only few minutes away. The landlord was very accommodating for checking in and out and communicating with all information.

− Be nice to have shampoo and soap.
