+ Nous avons aimé la modernité de l'appartement, sa clarté, son équipement, sa situation (rez-de-chaussée, rue piétonne et calme, tout près du centre ville historique à pied, commerces dans la rue à côté, gare ferroviaire et d'autobus à pied). Le petit plus était la machine à laver.

− Die Adresse bzw die Hausnummer war bei booking nicht angegeben. Vor Ort gab es kein Schild mit dem Namen der Unterkunft. Dann zu sagen die genaue Adresse wurde mit der Bestätigung zugesandt ist schon irritierend, das ist nicht üblich. Keine Hausnummer und kein Namensschild , das geht einfach nicht. Die ganze schriftliche Kommunikation war auf Spanisch. Das geht auch nicht, es hätte Englisch sein müssen. Zur Abreise wurde uns mitgeteilt wir müssen unseren gesamten Müll entsorgen und zwar in den Tonnen auf der Straße. UND es gab auf der Straße keine Tonnen. Ehrlich gesagt so etwas habe ich noch NIE erlebt. Es handelt sich hier um eine Ferienwohnung , es gibt keine Rezeption. Den Eingangsschlüssel bekommt man mit einem Code und das Kästchen mit dem Schlüssel hängt an der Tür.

+ Super położenie/lokalizacja. Raczej nowe wyposażenie. Czysto i schludnie. Dość cicha i spokojna dzielnica. Szybka i sprawna komunikacja z menedżerem obiektu.

− Brak czajnika, a jestem "herbaciarą", ale rozumiem, że w Hiszpanii nie pija się zbyt wiele herbaty. Ale wrzątek mogłam zagotować w garnku.

A gem close to excellent transport options and old town

+ Great, clean accommodation within 5 minutes walk of train station, metro, coach station, hire cars and old town. Fully equipped and with bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, Tv, couch and aircon. Well lit, area with dining options. The apartment had good hot water, comfy beds and really appreciated the clear communications and earlier check in.

− There was little to dislike. The door key was challenging at times but nothing a light grease couldn't solve.

+ Ground floor studio apartment on a pedestrian street. Very quiet. Close to Maria Zembrano train station, mercado atarazana and carmen, supermarket, cathedral and alcazar. Excellent communication with the host. Keys in lockbox.
