Muy recomendable

+ Cama súper cómoda. Y excelente ubicación

+ La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación era grande y estaba bien. Cama cómoda.

− Teníamos 2 habitaciones juntas y el aire acondicionado solo estaba en una con lo que en la otra hacia bastante calor.

Przyjemny pobyt w pięknej okolicy.

+ Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko zabytków. Zaparkowanie auta po drugiej strony ulicy nie stanowiło problemu, okolica była czysta i zadbana. W samym hotelu recepcja była bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Czystość była zachowana w korytarzu i w pokoju.

− Mając ciężkie bagaże, trzeba liczyć się z brakiem windy.

Good location, clean comfortable rooms, excellent value

+ Good location near the Royal Palace complex. The bar/cafe was good. Rooms were clean. Good value

− Receptionist was not happy that permission to photocopy ID was not given. (copying of ID documents is illegal in Spain!)

− No salió el agua caliente de la ducha y el colchón de la cama de matrimonio estaba para cambiarlo ya,muy blando.También se debe sujetar el cabezal a la pared,que es de madera y golpea la pared.

Suficiente para una noche.

+ Habitación con baño, cama cómoda. Para pasar una noche suficiente.

− La primera habitación que nos dieron olía a tabaco mucho y se veía restos de tabaco. Lo comunicamos en recepción, y nos cambiaron a otra habitación que no olía nada. Tendrían que revisar igual el sistema para controlar el uso de tabaco en las habitaciones.

Great location shame about the hostal experience.

+ The location and the staff were great. Very close to the Palace about a 10 minute stroll away. Lots of restaurants close by.

− The bedroom was much smaller than the photo suggested, we had booked a Junior Suite. I don't know if we were unlucky but the bathroom which was a decent size had problems. It had two sinks, we could only use one because one of them had a leak. The shower had a hand held and an overhead rainfall fitted, the latter didn't work. The shower door didn't fit and if the hand held shower was held in the wrong position water poured through the door onto the floor of the bathroom. Parking which was supposedly private, was in the main road, the parking directly outside the hostel was restricted. We were not offered alternative secure parking. The food on offer for breakfast was extremely limited. We went to a café on the next block which had a far better selection.

− J'avais réservé une chambre double normale plus grande avec vue sur l'extérieur. Or, le réceptionniste, à notre arrivée, nous a attribué une chambre double économique (plus petite et donnant sur un intérieur concentrant les climatiseurs...). Est-ce booking où est-ce l'établissement qui est en cause? En tout cas, on a payé plus cher (bien que de quelques euros) pour un produit qui n'était pas celui qui avait été choisi... Heureusement, la ville et le voyage ont largement compensé ce désagrément.
