DIRTY. Not going back.

+ Location is good: near downtown and the station. Getting there was easy and people are responsive.

− Very dirty: dirty and broken seets, even with hairs on. Very dirty sofa, too. The floors were not properly sweept, very dirty balcony (faeces and urin of birds had been there for some time, making the floor sticky!). I even found some candy on the floor of the kitchen... Broken sofa on the right side... will break anytime soon. The doors do not isolate sound at all. Cooking kitchenware is old and eggs stuck to every utensile. I wonder if the knows knows the conditions of the apartment!

Not recommended.

+ We did not enjoy the stay in the apartment. It was not as described. The pictures are not accurate, for example there is not adequate seating for 5 in the lounge. The drains in both showers needed cleaning and they smelled, the showers flooded.

− The management company were very unpleasant. The amount of paperwork required before the stay is tedious, the contract is long and the financial penalties are excessive. We had a serious problem with the apartment : we were unable to open an internal door between the lounge and the bathroom and bedrooms in the late evening. This was a fire hazard, a friend was asleep in her room and wouldn’t have been able to get out if needed, and we couldn’t go to bed or use the toilet. We had to consider staying at a hotel for the night. It took over an hour for the company to make contact. Thankfully, in that time we had managed to take the lock apart with kitchen knives and cutlery with help from a friend in England. The management company said these things just happen, they are unforeseen. It wasn’t, it is poor maintenance, the whole place is just ok. The attitude of the management company was really poor, they didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience and stress of the situation. Very disappointing.

− Weinig, er was geen vaatwasser maar we hebben toch niet gekookt.

Our second time

+ This is the second time that we spend a week in this really beautiful and comfortable apartment. It is spacious, quiet, and has a nice little balcony with a view on the sea. The location is great, and almost everything you may need is within walking distance.

+ Lägenheten var väl utrustad och ren. Läget var perfekt i centrala Malaga, nära till allt.

+ Die Wohnung ist extrem schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und großräumig. Drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder sind echt ein Luxus. Wir waren 7 Nächte dort. Sehr nah an Bus und Metro Stationen und auch ca 20min vom Zentrum zu Fuß entfernt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist direkt zum Kanal. Was wir auch super fanden, war, dass man innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß, einkaufen gehen kann (Lebensmittel) oder zur Apotheke. Ein paar nette Kaffees/Restaurants sind auch in der nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

− Wenn man so lange wie wir da ist, wäre es super in der Küche evtl. mehr Gewürze und Öl zu haben, weil man sonst alles neu kaufen muss. Wenn man genau hinschaut wird man auch ein wenig Abnutzung sehen, fanden wir aber wirklich nicht schlimm.

Great stay

+ We had a great 4 nights here. Location was good near supermarkets and resturants and walking distance to old town and catheral. The flat was clean and beds were comfortable.

− Would be nice to have a coffee table near the settee.

Ruim met balkon

+ Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 mooie badkamers. Keuken met barretje leuk om aan te zitten. In december heerlijk om in de middag in de zon op het balkon te zitten.

− Balkonzitje is niet comfortabel, houten stoeltjes met latjes waarvan 1 stoel stuk is. In de keuken geen kruiden, olijfolie etc. Geen nespresso, geen vaatwasser, dus met de hand afwassen, maar er was geen theedoek om af te drogen? Fijn als dat nog wordt aangepast

Super mooi appartement vlakbij centrum

+ Ruim appartement aan de rand van de wijk SOHO. Vlakbij trein- en metrostation. Supermarkt in de buurt. Groot appartement. Super mooi ingericht. Keuken lekker ruim. Lekker balkonnetje op het westen, waar je met z'n tweeen heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Mooi uitzicht op rivier en zee.

− Het twee-persoonsbed is smal en vrij kort. De matrassen zijn niet echt goed. Uiteindelijk hebben we de matrassen van de eenpersoonsbedden gebruikt; dit was beter. We misten een fijn koffiezetapparaat (bijvoorbeeld Nespresso) en een vaatwasser.

Appartement dichtbij het centrum

+ Goed gelegen in de buurt van centrum. Bushalte en trein dichtbij dus alles goed bereikbaar. Ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers.

− Bedden waren klein en erg hard. Vloer was erg vies. Warm water deed het niet altijd.

Gute und komfortable Unterkunft für ein paar Tage in Malaga

+ Sehr groß, geräumig und zentral gelegen.

− Es gab leider nur ein großes Bett, ansonsten nur Einzelbetten. Der eine Stuhl auf dem Balkon war beschädigt.

+ Bright and spacious 3 bedrooms!! Balcony with sunset view!! We extended our trip. stuff extremely helpful brought my a playpen for my baby to sleep in last minute after I extended our stay last minute… 4 min walk to a train station.. perfection. Half way between center of Malaga and beach.. 10/10🙌

Nice central apartment a short walk from the historical centre, port and beach

+ Great location, lovely view from the balcony over the river and port. Nice, bright apartment.

− There was no coffee machine, although there was a moka pot.

+ Nice flat layout and size, blackout shutters which helped block out the sun in the mornings, easy to communicate with management team of flat.

− The cleanliness of the floors could be better, the showers were blocked (flooding) when we first used it but they fixed it the next day, they sent an invoice to pay 1/3 balance when the full payment was already paid to booking.com.

+ Good, central location; quiet, comfortable beds: well equipped kitchen.

− The showers were partially blocked. It was only possible to have a quick shower. Someone came to fix it over the weekend but didn't succeed.

Looked great online, not great in person.

+ The location was very good with access to old town, downtown and the beachfront. The size was good and there were 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The apartment was outfitted with newer appliances. There was on-demand hot water that was plentiful. The terrace was a nice touch, even though it was small. Has 2 small elevators which is good as it’s on the 9th floor. The terrace faces west so potential for afternoon sun and sunsets. Good heating system, not sure about cooling.

− We couldn’t reach the host upon arrival but were able to gain access when another person entered the building. The smell in the lobby was noticeable and we discovered later the water damage in the ceiling and wondered if that was causing the odour. The apartment looked like it was great, until we noticed how dirty the floors and mats were. There was dirt, sand, hair, food, etc. on them as well as on the sofa. There was old coffee left in the filter that was moldy. Management sent over a cleaner who spent over an hour cleaning (no vacuum, just lint roller for sofa and wet/dry swiffer) while we watched and he took away the coffee perk and 2 mats. Nothing came back. We were staying for 12 days and there was only 2 sets of towels for 2 of us, no extra bedding, management dropped off extras the next day. We mostly slept in the main bed but it is very small in a small room, we tried the 2 singles but one mattress was flush with the frame so you would hit the edges, and they weren’t designed to push together to make 1 large bed, which would make the most sense. Both showers backed up if the water was on full and black mold was visible in both. We tried to have management check but they mixed up their days so we said to inspect after we checked out. Very minimal cutlery selection, no scissors. Issues on dirty accommodations and poor drains in reviews multiple times so I don’t think concerns are being taken seriously. Guest bathroom walls are rough. Window in ensuite bathroom has water inside it so the outer seal is broken. No safe for valuables. It’s too bad as the apartment could be so much nicer if it and the building were properly maintained. Apartment needs a serious deep clean!! We wouldn’t stay here again!

Reasonable Value for central location and responsive staff.

+ The location, having two bathrooms, a little balcony. Staff very responsive.

− Challenged with lock initially; slow Master Shower drain, better towels needed. Needs a coffee table as only one usable little stool for drinks. Can’t put anything on wicker end table. Clock in LR too loud. Adequate but could be improved.

Great Malaga City Centre apartment

+ We have stayed here a few times. Bright and modern, this fantastic 3 bedroom apartment, has everything you will need for a short or long break, and is just a 10 minute walk from the historic centre. Highly recommended. The communication from the LetMalaga team was very good

− Nothing but some advice on waste disposal and recycling would be helpful.

+ The apartment was spacious, and it had a nice balcony, and a well equipped kitchen (with no dishwasher though). The staff was really helpful.

− When we arrived the air conditioning wasn't working (while it was 38C outside). There was also an issue with the showers, the water didn't go out fast enough. But once reported, all the issues were fixed on the next day (and we were offered a replacement apartment for the first night). The design is really nice, but the apartment would need some refreshing - painting the walls, trading care of the bathrooms (like leakinh shower) etc.

Great stay in Malaga!

+ The location is perfect, walking distance to the Port, beach and the old town. Lovely double doors open up to a small terrace which has a lovely view.

− There was building works taking place a few floors down, and it started at 8.30 in the morning.

A great week in Málaga

+ The apartment is really spacious: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wide living space. It has also a nice balcony with a view on the sea. Great location, within walking space from the Centro Alameda station. The staff was helpful and quick to respond.
