Mena Plaza ★★★

My only complaint is regarding the air conditioning,if that had been working properly I’d have given Mena Plaza Hotel te

+ The location is good and the staff are excellent including the restaurant staff

− My only complaint is regarding the air conditioning, despite two complaints to the front desk, each time I was told it’s working properly,on the second complaint they said that they would send someone up to look at,there was a slight improvement but it was still absolutely useless.

+ Ubicación céntrica, amabilidad de personal de recepción y mantenimiento. Zona piscina y jacuzzi tranquila y bonitas vistas.

Nerja

+ La piscina en la azotea..

− Me gustó todo

+ Central location

− No complaints

+ amazing staff, deserve a raise

− absolutely nothing

Bonito

Catastrophique

+ A éviter absolument

− Tout

Voor herhaling vatbaar

+ Bar aan het zwembad.

− Niks

+ La piscina

Great location on Plaza de España: Car parking on site

+ I have stayed in Nerja many times, both in town and in the various urbanisations. This year’s visit was to join my daughter, granddaughter and 9 month old great granddaughter for part of their holiday. They were staying overlooking The Balcon de Europa so the Mena Plaza in Plaza de España was ideal – 3/4 minutes walk. Last time I stayed in town I paid a fortune for car parking so the hotel’s on-site deal, half the price of the ayuntamiento’s daily charge with the flexibility to move in and out whenever you want, was a real bonus. It is in a superb location, a bright and modern hotel in the centre of town surrounded by cafés, bars & restaurants and a two minute stroll to the main and peripheral shopping streets. The staff were excellent, the café/bar/restaurant with tables on the Plaza was great, the car parking a blessing and it even had a rooftop terrace with a small pool and bar. Oh, I nearly forgot, there is a Carrefour Express next door. It was excellent value for money and will be my first choice when next I visit Nerja.
