− Por poner una pega, que no tenía acondicionador de aire

Friendly host, super clean and with secure underground parking.

+ We were met on arrival by the very friendly Marta. She showed us around the house and was very useful indeed! Especially in phoning herself to book us on an economical and super-fun tuktuk ride in the evening. She let us leave teh car in the (ncluded!) underground parking just up the road, even after we checked out. Fantastic.

Vynikajúce miesto, kam by som sa rad vrátil

+ Kompletne vybavený apartmán, parkovanie v garáži, blizko do centra, vybavenie kuchyne, voda a mlieko v chladničke.

− Chyba klimatizácia , ale v každej izbe je ventilátor.

Sencillamente genial.

+ El apartamento es fantástico. Todo muy cuidado y con electrodomésticos nuevos, y el resto de los muebles también. Las Betten están perfectas, y el menage del hogar súper cuidado. La anfitriona es muy educada y servicial. En definitiva todo excelente.

− Por decir algo hizo bastante calor por la noche a pesar de tener el ventilador encendido, también fue un dia muy caluroso

+ Lage excelente, cerca del centro histórico. Anfitrión muy amable. Sehr gut implementado, con detalles cariñosos de recibimiento. Estacionamiento privado cercano muy adecuado.

Great place in a beautiful town made even better by being met by amazing hosts.

+ What a great place. The hosts are the friendliest and most helpful people I think I have ever met. Marta and her son gave us some great tips and even booked a really nice restaurant for us and then did the same for the next night in Salamanca (Casa Paca - that was a really good restaurant). Car parking was easy and close. I would recommend this to anyone going to Avila

Cómo en casa

+ Todo era de calidad: sábanas, electrodomésticos, calefacción, era silencioso y que tuvieran parking y espacioso.. Marta muy atenta ab el primer momento dando todo tipo de información

Avila the walled city

+ Very central and convenient to the old town. Very quirky and quant. We had three super days exploring this wonderful walled city finishing with a fab night tour of the city in a tuk tuk

− Not 10/10 because of it´s location in between tall buildings that prevent the light to shine over the house.

+ Muy acogedora y buena ubicación. Decoración con mucho gusto y cuidando los detalles. Marta nos ayudó a reservar el almuerzo porque llegamos muy tarde y también el paseo nocturno en touk touk

Inmejorable.

+ Die Unterkunft es muy completo, moderno y limpio. La atención de Marta es exquisita, incluso su recomendación gastronómica. Zona tranquila y con aparcamiento fácil (aunque ofrece plaza privado en la cercanía). Qué decir de Ávila... Un lugar increible. Para repetir sin duda. Altamente recomendado.

+ Sehr schönes Appartment, zentral gelegen. Bietet alles was man braucht, einschl. Stellplatz in der Nähe Sehr freundliche und professionelle Vermieterin. Absolute Empfehlung!

Estupenda estancia

+ Apartamento limpio, cómodo y decoración acogedora. Lage perfecta; al lado del casco histórico pero fuera del bullicio, a menos von 5 minutos andando por un barrio tranquilo y seguro. Pequeños detalles de la anfitriona que marcan diferencia: hielo, leche, vino y agua en la nevera, bollería, café… , y siempre disponible para recomendaciones y resolución de dudas. Recomendable 100%.

+ La ubicación del apartamento es estupenda, céntrico pero silencioso. Las Betten son muy cómodas y la casa está muy bien equipada. La propietaria es muy amable y muy atenta. ¡Volveremos!

+ Todo el seguimiento previo con Marta y la recepción fue fenomenal, nos hace sentir como en casa, su atención, sus recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de Ávila. Pone mucho cariño y corazón con los Gäste.

Beautiful and modern aparment close to the city center

+ The host contacted us before the arrival and warned about some road closures due to a fiesta. She met us at the apartment and showed us around, giving some great recommendations and even helped to arrange a temporary free parking under the circumstances. The apartment itself is really pretty and new, with some designer touches and great facilities. We liked the location, it's easy to walk to the walls and other attractions.

− There was a fiesta on the street nearby with DJ playing late in the night so not very quiet, but of course it's not a property's fault.
