Good hotel buts needs improvement

+ Big hotel nice pools and restaurant

− Staff rude very unhelpful WiFi first 2 days didn’t work and when it did wasn’t very good you would expect a 4 star hotel to have better services Asked to move rooms twice to different areas so I could use my mobile data but was fobbed off

Prima accomodatie voor gezinnen. Vriendelijk personeel en goede locatie.

+ - netheid van het park algemeen - netheid van schoonmaken - netheid van wc’s

− - WIFI was niet optimaal - Snacks eenzijdig. Elke dag een crepe of hotdog - Bedjes bij het zwembad waren vaak altijd bezet terwijl mensen niet kwamen opdagen. Hotel kon hier niet veel aan doen, maar kan wel hiervoor een beter systeem bedenken

3* hotel at best and a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment if you’re lucky!

+ Good air conditioning in the room and a decent shower. Room cleaned 6x a week which is good. Not a bad supermarket on site.

− The word “Entertainment” should not be acquainted to this hotel as it doesn’t exist. UK families with young children are better off at Haven or to book a holiday village if deciding to go abroad. Very happy I didn’t pay for all inclusive because the food quality and lack of choice was below average. I thought I’d give it a chance and try the food, only to be charged an eye watering €48 for 2 adults! When I booked via Booking.com it stated €12 pp on their website!

Niveau de service vraiment catastrophique

+ La facilité pour se garer, la chambre était spacieuse avec une petite terrasse.

− La terrasse donnait sur le restaurant donc beaucoup de bruit le soir. Le niveau de service du personnel : les réceptionniste nous tendent la clef de la bagagerie en nous indiquant où la trouver sans se déplacer avec nous (du jamais vu) j’ai quand même voyagé dans plus de 30 pays c’est la première fois que je voyais un niveau de service aussi bas. Il y avait beaucoup d’enfants anglais qui étaient très irrespectueux, et agités. Le maître nageur avait du mal à les gérer. Les gens mettaient leur serviettes sur les transat pour les réserver des 8h du matin puis partaient faire leur journée ailleurs. Mauvaise gestion de la répartition des transats. Caution de 10€ en ESPÈCES pour les serviettes de piscine, pour retirer leur distributeur à des frais de 4€ par retrait! Check in pas avant 15h aucune exception même si des chambres étaient déjà prête! Mais ça ça a l’air d’être un truc de chez eux dans toute l’île, pas comme en France où on vous donnera une chambre dès qu’elle est prête même si il est midi! Au Check in aucune explications sur les horaires de la piscine, restaurant, petit déjeuner, Check out, wifi.. il faut tout deviner sois même!

+ Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione e cena molto abbondante e di qualità. Così come le bevande alla mescita.

Very Nice place!

+ The view with the pool, the walk-in shower, the cleanliness.

− Finding my room on the first day was a bit of a challenge, even with the map; the layout of the apartments is a bit chaotic.

Buen alojamiento

+ Buen alojamiento en general. Los servicios que prestan estan bien. Limpieza muy buena. Buenas instalaciones.

− El almuerzo podria ser un poco mas variado

Muy bien excepto por el personal de recepción

+ El apartamento estaba bastante bien y las piscinas también y el chico de animación y el socorrista muy majos .

− La tele de la habitación no funcionaba y el personal de recepción no era nada agradable, de hecho hasta nos dijeron mal que puerta era la nuestra.

− No atmosphere, food was very basic, no entertainment day or night

+ Hotel nie jest nowy ale był wystarczający na tygodniowy pobyt. Pokoje duże z osobnymi pomieszczeniami do spania i relaksu. Na początku czerwca cisza i spokój.

− Niestety w łazience było czuć zapach z kanalizacji. Nie wiem czy tak jest we wszystkich pokojach.

Really nice property 10 mins from beach. 15 mins from restaurants

+ Nie mogę do końca ocenić tego obiektu, ponieważ w momencie kiedy chciałam się zameldować zostałam powiadomiona, że został mi przydzielony inny hotel.

− Nie podobało mi się, jak personel mało profesjonalnie podchodzi do klienta.

+ The heated pool was perfect temperature, staff were lovely, bar gave a very generous measure of JD for €6 with mixer, good atmosphere and 10 min walk from all the main bars of Playa Blanca. Plenty of parking nearby too was handy.
