+ De communicatie met de eigenaresse, Louise, was prettig en snel; al onze vragen werden vlot en duidelijk beantwoord, en ze dacht actief met ons mee, onder andere over de afwijkende aankomsttijd en de overdracht via haar lokale contactpersoon Rene. Rene was ter plaatse zeer behulpzaam en flexibel rond onze late aankomst na middernacht door een vertraagde vlucht en huurauto; dit werd zonder problemen geregeld. Het appartement zelf is volledig en goed uitgerust, netjes onderhouden en gunstig gelegen. Gezien wat je krijgt voor de prijs, is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van een erg goed niveau. Dit was inmiddels de vijfde keer dat we in Duquesa verblijven, en zoals altijd was het een uitstekende ervaring.

Good value for a beautiful and spacious 2 BR 2 Bath apartment

+ The apartments had everything we needed. It was very bright and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the host made sure we were looked after. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the views from 3 different balconies were spectacular.

− You couldn’t just walk to a nearby restaurant but we had a car and were okay.

We highly recommend staying here – the apartment is spacious, spotless, and in a fantastic location!

+ It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a special highlight is the 3 terraces. The views are absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, nearby towns, and the mountains. The location is also excellent, especially if you’re traveling by car. The town itself is quiet, safe, and has everything you might need: shops for everyday essentials and small restaurants for dining out. If you have the chance, it’s well worth exploring the nearby cities like Marbella, Estepona, Seville, etc. And of course, a big thank you to Louise, the owner, who is very kind and truly caring. We wish you all the best, and thank you for your warm hospitality!

+ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Louise. L’appartement est très confortable et bien placé pour visiter la région et accéder rapidement aux restaurants et commerces. Superbe piscine. Louise est très réactive et fait le maximum pour que nous passions le meilleur des séjours.

+ Beautiful property with amazing views of the coastline and the mountains. Really appreciated the many English TV channels and the pool area was lovely - although in January not quite warm enough to test! Louise is an amazing host and couldn't do enough for us so, all in all, a very well-equipped apartment and we wanted for nothing

+ Thank you so much Louise for being such a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay at Duquesa and will miss the amazing views from each of the 3 terraces! The apartment provided everything needed and we felt very comfortable and secure at all times. For the adventurous, there are numerous beautiful walking trails close by that lead to many beautiful destinations, we really enjoyed and the old Roman Baths and Charco del Inferno but the shorter trails were also awesome and especially so at sunset as we had only a short distance to walk back to the apartment at twilight. We spent most of our days out on long walks, followed by a hot bath/shower and enjoyed a meal together out on the terrace. On rainy and rest days it was very cosy to sit in and take in the views or watch a movie. It is the perfect place to relax and meditate in peace and with beautiful views, we are so glad we booked a month! :)
