+ Все было на высоте. Все понравилось, апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом и всем необходимым. Вид волшебный. Спасибо владельцу за ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Очень рекомендую.

− Было ветрено и не удалось нормально посидеть на балконе, но это Тенерифе и на высоте часто ветер.

We hope to come back again

+ We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed — even an espresso machine just like the one I have at home. Communication was easy and fully online, and the self check-in/out with a code was very convenient.

Amazing apartment view the best seaview

+ Fantastic apartment in the best building in the neighborhood (Paraiso del Sur). It is located in the narrow side of the building where you have the best view available and only 2 apartments per floor is similar (10th floor) . Additionally the apartment is very well equipped and nicely renovated.

− Minor, but the chairs at the kitchen table are uncomfortable, otherwise everything was great.

+ Playa Paraiso jest optymalnym miejscem do zwiedzania praktycznie calej wyspy. Z dala od zatloczonych Costa Adeje czy Playa de Amercias a jednoczesnie w zasiegu 10-15 min samochodem. Mieszkanie ma znakomite polozenie, panoramiczny widok na ocean (rowniez z prysznica:-) i super taras narozny z mozliwoscia podziwiania zachodow slonca czy opalania sie popoludniu. Wyposazenie lokalu w pkt - wlasciciel pomyslal doslownie o wszystkim - mozna czuc sie jak u siebie. Wszystko po remoncie w dobrym standardzie. Czysto przyjemnie , az szkoda wyjezdzac 😁 Mamy generalnie zasade braku powrotow w to samo miejsce (obecnie tylko 2 wyjatki) - wychodzi ze tu mozna ja zlamac 😜

− Wszystko super. Czasami poszukiwanie miejsca parkingowego w okolicy to wyzwanie, ale nie obniza wartosci pobytu w tym miejscu :-)

+ Great location, beautiful scenery, great sunset views, convenient surroundings, fully equipped rooms, clean and tidy，very nice.

+ This was great staying at this apartment. The view, clean apartment, everything just what you need are there. Also location is close to every nice spot in South by car. There’s no parking here, but you’ll find some places for free just max 10 min walk from apartment 😊

+ Отличные апартаменты ! Всё есть - как дома ! Отличный интернет , хорошая сантехника ,хорошая кухня , а самое лучшее это вид с балкона - «на миллион»!

− Нет парковки ! И временная стройка под балконом - поэтому нет бассейна.

+ El apartamento era muy cómodo, limpio y con unas vistas al mar geniales con la gran terraza y la altura. Además tenía menaje de cocina suficiente

+ The view and location are fantastic. The bed is perfect. The bathroom is new, beautiful and well equipped.

− The way to open the number lock was not clear. They only wrote the number. No one said that the lock symbol had to be pressed in the first and last steps. This is very annoying. It was 20 minutes after a long journey. The living room furniture is worn out. The terrace furniture is also of low quality. It could be improved with very little investment.

+ A beautiful apartment which is modern and clean with everything one would need for a home from home experience. Location tick, views tick. Excellent communication with the host. We will be staying again without a doubt.

+ One of the best stays on Tenerife. Magnificent views, full featured kitchen, large shower. Best place for vacation ever.

The perfect stay in Playa Paraiso

+ This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Playa Paraiso! It has an amazing view, it is fully equipped (especially loved the espresso maker), clean, and spatious. It wasn't very hot either, there is a fan above the bed. But we didn't really use it because it wasn't necessary. Everything was great, we even had access to beach equipment like snorkeling gear, towels, umbrellas etc. We were really happy that we had them, it made everything easier for us because we didn't have to buy stuff just to leave it here because we can't take it with us on the plane back home. We also had access to the pool downstairs. The host was super communicative and helpful. At the ground floor of the building there is a bar called The Eldon where the hosts are really friendly and nice. They gave us pointers on what is worthwhile and even offered to take us to the airport if we wanted to rent a car from there The building is 5 minutes walk(max) from 3 great beaches(best one was las galgas) and 10 minutes walk from a shopping center with food at very reasonable prices
