The air con was great, but the air flow wasn't even throughout the rooms so 2 of the bedrooms were freezing compared to the living room. But we were happy to have it.

La ubicación, literalmente te caías en la playa. La casa estaba cuidada con baños muy nuevos y una cocina muy completa. La urbanización estaba genial, con una buena piscina. Colchones y almohadas cómodos. El trato con el personal muy bueno también.
Al tener la terraza incorporada al salón hacía muchísimo calor por la mañana, quizás un toldo o persianas ayudarían. En general en el salón hacía mucho calor hasta llegar la tarde- noche. La plaza de aparcamiento es un reto, para un coche pequeño sin problema.
The location was amazing - directly in front of the sand and the sea. The apartment runs horizontally to maximize the beautiful view. Easy elevator access to the apartment. The pool is sparkling and clean.
Some maintenance issues needed attention, but we told managment and everything was handled quickly.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! It was very well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The space was both comfortable and spacious, making it perfect for relaxation. One of the best features was its incredible location—right by the beach. Waking up to the breathtaking view every morning was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and scenic getaway!
Location was excellent. Plenty of room for 4 adults to enjoy our stay.
No English tv channels available. We thought there was a balcony however it was just a window. One other issue was fact there was only one controller for AC throughout house so we couldn't switch off in one room when we wished.

* The instructions were a bit confusing. Luckily the agency was close to the apartment and the mistake of arriving first to the apartment was not that big;
The views were stupendous and it was very clean. There was everything we needed and the management team were really friendly, helpful and efficient.
The were covers on the sofas that were not good and spoilt the look of the room. The decor was a little ‘tired’

Restaurants and bars in the area were only open for short periods and sometimes didn't open at all. We were off peak so that should explain that.

Gorgeous apartment and the views from the 6th floor are amazing! The owner/company was extremely helpful. The area is great too! The beach is amazing and there are lots of restaurants and a grocery store close by so everything's within walking distance if you have no car. I highly recommend this place!
We had an absolutely unforgettable stay here. The location was an absolute dream, such a short walk from the beach and the views were incredible from the apartment itself. We had disabled and elderly guests in our group and everything was so accessible for them too. The apartment was spacious with bright decor (just like the photos!), really comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you need for a really comfortable and beautiful stay - we will definitely be back again! Thank you to the very kind and helpful staff, we really appreciate your hospitality!

Great location - view onto the sea is just great and it is just on the beach. Modern (design) equipment and not so old. Spacious (at least for 5 people). Good equipment in the kitchen.
Entrance through application is a bit confusing, in theory everything is written and seems clear but it was enough that just one word was not translated from Spanish into English (in the English version) to get us confused and we could not get in - which was a bit frustrating if you tired after the long trip. But the person on phone helpdesk carefully guided us through so it was ok at the end. I cannot imagine myself being in Gandia Playa in high season but November was just perfect for us (although it was a bit of a ghost town so if you're looking for action you need to go/drive to Gandia itself)
