An oasis of calm

+ This is a great Hotel, an oasis of calm! The pool area is always quiet and relaxing with loads of space. The spa was always empty. The hotel never felt busy. Massive thanks to Lluc who made sure we had eclipse glasses and went out of his way at every opportunity to help us whenever we needed anything.

Fantastic family hotel

+ The location is spot on! 1 min walk to the beach and in a quite area still. The atmosphere around the pool is lovely everyone respectful to each other and soft music in the back ground giving a nice atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very clean with great size balcony's. The only thing I would suggest is that it could be staffed a bit better in the days. As we noticed when people had drinks and food on the sunbeds around the pool these weren't cleared up and then that attracted wasps. It would have been nice to see more staff serving and clearing up. On the whole a fantastic family hotel with great friendly staff! We will all be back xxx

Lovely staff but tired & dated rooms

+ Great staff who work tirelessly at a hotel in a top location, just one road back from Puerto Soller seafront, offering a superb breakfast, one of the best I have had during a hotel stay. Neither was there a shortage of sun loungers, so the communal facilities were just fine. But, and I have to say this, the room we had was not good. There was no full length wardrobe so any dresses could not hang freely, the bed slipped away from the headboard if you tried to prop yourself up on it. The mattress was not of good quality, both my husband & I left with back ache after a week. For the money I did expect a better experience. The furniture in the room was chipped & paintwork looked tired. Overall it just looked a bit sad. The bathroom was dated - the shower rail didn’t like being adjusted, the tiling had been bodged. It was not a professional finish. I would have asked to be moved but I knew they were fully booked. This place gets lots of rave reviews, perhaps we were just unlucky, but I won’t be back.

Lovely hotel and fabulous location

+ Our second stay at this hotel and I would return again. It’s such a find - great location, clean and well set out room, fun pool (where you can usually get a sun-bed any time of day!) and really helpful staff. Thanks for another lovely stay!

Fantastic Hotel

+ Fantastic hotel. We had a superior double with two extra beds for the kids. I was worried we’d be too cramped but was pleasantly surprised how much room we had even though two extra, full size, single beds were put in there. Good size balcony and bathroom helped too. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, bar and pool area. Never an issue getting a sunbed and plenty of room too. We’d definitely stay again if we come back to Soller. P.S. you can leave your beach towels at home, they are provided by the hotel.

Another great stay.

+ Again, we really enjoyed our short stay at the Aimia. We used the restaurant more this year than ever before. The new menu covered all our requirements. We used the restaurant again after we had left the hotel for our stay in a nearby villa and the family group of 8 all enjoyed our meal. We will be back again next year. Let Tolo know ….thank you.

Relaxing holiday with beautiful views from our room

+ It was our second time at this hotel and it was just as wonderful as the last stay 3 years ago. Location is fantastic, restaurant on site is great, the food is amazing, we had a couple of lovely lunches. The staff here are so friendly, our cleaner was lovely and works so hard, our room was spotless, the whole hotel was. My husband had been in touch with the hotel before our stay and arranged a lovely surprise for my special birthday which was just wonderful.

A little Gem

+ We were given a very warm welcome from the great reception team. The room was a good size, balcony was huge, hotel was spotless. The lady life guard was very attentive. The food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect family hotel!

+ We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Despite being fully booked, it never felt crowded and we never had to compete for pool loungers or a breakfast table. The breakfast spread was excellent with something for everyone in our family to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

+ We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our room was beautiful, with an amazing view that made the occasion even more special. It was lovely to enjoy a relaxing break together without the children. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. We also had a fantastic meal in the restaurant, which was the perfect way to celebrate. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Great Hotel

+ Just returned from a week at Hotel Aimia. Would definitely recommend a visit. Amazing hotel, staff and food. Great position with a 2 minute walk to the beach, 2 supermarkets and an array of bars and restaurants very close by. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice and the option of omelettes and poached eggs cooked to order. We had an early departure so they provided a very generous take away breakfast with cheese, meats, pastries and fruit. Great holiday had by all of us.

Fab hotel in a good location

+ Group of 7 friends stayed at Aimia for a week. Hotel is spotlessly clean with good staff. Breakfasts were nice with plenty to choose from. No need to get up early as plenty of sunbeds. They do have a pianist one evening and an excellent saxophone player to listen to whilst you have drinks or dinner. Location is excellent. The tram is also worth a trip. We have already booked to come back as a group next year.

Perfect Hotel, perfect location

+ This hotel is lovely and cannot fault it. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful, The superior rooms are a generous size with a decent size balcony. The bathroom has a seperate shower and bath. There is plenty of sunbeds throughout the day and they leave fresh towels for these in your room everyday. If you love the beach it is just across the road from the hotel and the hotel is situated right in the middle of the town where there are loads of restaurants bars and shops. There is also a tram train that takes just under 30 minutes to get to the old town of Soller which is worth a visit and costs 10 euros per person. The hotel has a chilled atmosphere and the swimming pool was a perfect temperature. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice and you can request poach eggs or omelettes which they will cook fresh for you. Whilst it’s by the main town it is not noisy and the resort is lovely.

+ Couldn't fault this hotel, really friendly and helpful reception staff, amazing breakfasts, everything anyone could want buffet , great serving staff. Rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. Pool lovely, and a great little town. My only quibble is the way our fellow guests selfishly reserved sun loungers, by dumping their stuff on them before breakfast every day , but that's a critiscism of the sadly typical Brit holidaymaker rather than of the hotel

A relaxing week in a peaceful oasis.

+ A beautiful hotel, small and quiet with exceptional staff. Well located. Beautiful view of the sea and the mountains from our balcony. 50 yards from beach and sea. One of the best breakfast selections I have encountered. Lovely dining and pool area. Would not hesitate recommending and revisiting.

Outstanding - just book it!

+ I cannot speak highly enough about the Aimia Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect - just one block (2 min walk) back from the waterfront, an easy flat walk to everything for my 80 year old Mum. Great room with lovely sunny balcony and nice view. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even an early pre-prepared breakfast especially for us as we left very early on the last day before the restaurant opened. The pool was beautiful - the water was cool in April but we still enjoyed a couple of swims in the gorgeous Mallorca sunshine. The breakfasts were fantastic! We would not hesitate to stay again, loved it - thanks Aimia!!

Best Ever Trip (I have travelled the world)

+ I am writing this on our last night on our first trip to beautiful Port de Sóller, and what an unforgettable experience it was! My wife, our baby, and two close friends joined me for what turned out to be far more than just a holiday, it was a genuine heart-warming escape that felt like coming home. From the moment we arrived, Aimia Hotel exceeded every expectation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the charming port with stunning views, easy access to the promenade, and that magical Mallorcan atmosphere all around. The hotel itself is everything we could have wanted: stylish, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and with that perfect blend of modern luxury and warm, traditional charm. The rooms were beautiful, the facilities impeccable, and every detail made our stay with a little one so easy and relaxing. But what truly elevated this holiday from wonderful to unforgettable were the incredible people who work here. This hotel doesn’t just have staff, it has a family. A massive shout-out to the wonderful team on reception: Dina, Guillem, and Lluc. They greeted us with genuine smiles every single day, were incredibly attentive and helpful, and went out of their way to assist with everything from recommendations to practical needs. Their warmth and efficiency made us feel instantly welcome and cared for. Andrea deserves a special mention as the ultimate all-round superstar! Whether she was serving breakfast with a bright smile, bringing us drinks by the pool, or pouring perfect drinks in the evening, she was always there with the friendliest attitude imaginable. Her energy and kindness never wavered, she made every interaction feel personal and special. And in the evenings, Andres behind the bar was the perfect host. His drinks were excellent, his conversation even better, and he created such a relaxed, fun atmosphere that we looked forward to winding down at the bar every night. Not cheap but still like it there

+ Lovely hotel and really good staff only downside the bathrooms are a bit tired.the best thing about the hotel is there are always spare sun loungers but not so many this year and a lot of people leaving towels on them which never used to happen

Fantastic hotel with very good staff

+ Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food. The fact that people were deterred from reserving sun beds by the pool was a definite bonus.

− Choice of evening meal was a bit limited. For example, we chose beef steak with parsnip purée, it came with no other vegetables or potatoes.
