Perfectly located apartment in the heart of Marbella Old Town

+ This apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 1-minute walk from the center of the Old Town and only about 5 minutes to the beach. If you’re planning to visit Puerto Banús, the bus station is nearby and buses run frequently. The air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay, and the rooftop terrace was a highlight, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the Marbella atmosphere. The apartment is located right next to a charming old church and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It’s situated on the ground level, so you can occasionally hear people walking by, but this did not disturb our stay at all. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare meals comfortably. Overall, this is a great apartment and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Marbella!

− Las luces. Muy poco iluminado el apartamento, muchas hormigas por el suelo, techos y paredes sucios.

+ Я во второй раз снимаю эти апартаменты, могло бы быть почище.. Оборванные шторы, паутина, ну вообщем всё хорошо.

Dire, noisy and damp

− The owners didn’t have the decency to say that there were huge building works going on next door for the entirety of our stay. Starting drilling the wall next to the bedroom at 8:20 am. It’s like I’m paying money for a holiday to relax! I asked for another flat to stay in, they said no and ignored my request for a partial refund. I think it’s just disgusting really. The flat itself is cheap, not cheerful, dingy and damp. You need to dry your clothes on the roof terrace as they won’t dry in the apartment. Seems like for every light that works another one needs the bulb replaced. The apartment is ground floor and the walls are so thin you can hear everyone walking past talking. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner and some dusting wouldn’t have gone amiss. Overall if you’re just going to sleep there fine, if not go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with property would not recommend if staying longer than 1 week.

+ The best part is the location of the unit right in middle old Marbella.

− We were there 4 weeks no change of linen towels tea towel / there should be a change of linen even if you change yourselves - when staying this length of time. appliances old no broom only broken down vacuum cleaner. Bed hard - pillows old. Very noisy - ground floor as laneway runs pass windows.

Location very good, apart from bedroom next to pavement, noisy. Roof terrace was lovely,

− not a double bed; no heating; no oven; bedroom next to a walkway, rather noisy. Property difficult to find.

+ Location in Old Town was excellent, and surprising quiet for the most part.

− The kitchen was fairly well equipped but could have used some essentials for extended stays such as dish detergent, laundry detergent, salt & pepper, and especially an eating table inside.

+ The location was perfect. Right in the centre of the old town in a quiet alley. Very close to the beach and loads of bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable.

− Host was friendly but not at all helpful. Couldn't tell us where to tell the taxi driver to drop us off. Didn't give any directions to the apartment so took ages to find it.We had to wait outside for 45 minutes for her to arrive. No information provided about local area or anything. Apartment is extremely dark. There is a small roof terrace, however, you would have to share if the 2 apartments above were occupied. No oven. Only very basic equipment provided. Wifi only accessible from the second set of stairs and above, not in the apartment.
