A lovely family holiday

+ Just got back from a 6 night stay. There was 5 adults & 2 children, had everything we needed for a family holiday, easy to find and great location. Very peaceful and quiet area. Definitely would recommend to family & friends and would definitely would stay again.

+ Lovely views. Great size property and pool. Within walking distance of great little shopping mall. Found some.amazing places to eat

If you’re looking for a villa in Lanzarote, look no further! Alexia Beach Villa was amazing!

+ The villa was clean, spacious and had amazing views. It had everything we needed for a family holiday of 5 which included a 18 month old baby, she had the best time ever! Communication with Angel was great from the day we booked until the day we checked out. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and even sent me links to supermarkets that offered delivery, making it easy to get all the food/water and of course the beer delivered the day after arriving. I would highly recommend this villa and if I ever book Lanzarote again I would definitely book Alexia Beach again.

Great location great villa great host

+ Angel is the perfect host and this is the perfect villa in the itself perfect town. I’ve stayed here of a 10 times in too many years to remember which tells you a story in itself. Angel always goes out his way to solve my issue that you fly with him although in reality the very few. The Villa is in the perfect location surrounded by amazing restaurants and around 100 m from the beach and the outside area second to none. I’ll keep coming back each and every year for all these reasons and more. You will struggle to find a better location on the island at this price the ensures you have an amazing holiday

La maison était très agréable et proche de la mer et des commerces.

+ Très bon emplacement et vue imprenable sur la mer et la ville. Parfait pour voir les levers du soleil! La piscine était un plus et le supermarché ainsi que les restaurants sont accessibles à pied.

− Il y avait beaucoup de vent mais ce n'est pas lié à la maison. Aussi, nous avions des attentes par rapport à la table de ping pong qui n'est pas listée dans les équipements mais apparaît sur les photos. Or le revêtement était trop usé pour jouer avec un rebond normal.

+ The location is perfect - close to great bars and restaurants. The villa has everything you need for a great holiday - superb pool with stunning views, four spacious bedrooms, an outside area that is second to none and all mod cons inside. I’ve also been staying here for many years now - often multiple times a year. Angel - the owner - is the perfect host. In the very unlikely event you find something isn’t working he will reply very quickly and sort it for you asap. I’ve already booked my next trip in May this year. I can’t wait to be back.

− Falta de mantenimiento en la casa.sin avisar entraron a la casa unos de mantenimiento de la piscina,con el susto lógico.el propietario lo veía normal.el día que nos teníamos que ir a las 11 de la mañana. llamaron los de la limpieza a las 8.00 . Una buena casa con falta de mantenimiento y detalles de pensión de tercera.

+ Beautiful villa with everything you need included to have a wonderful stay. The views were exceptional. The table tennis was a hit with the children. Lots of space for a family of 7. The pool was perfect temperature. Perfect location for the beach and shopping mall.

− A little bit dated in areas, the wooden banister on stairs was quite wobbly, flooring in certain areas was loose. Nothing a little bit of tlc wouldn’t fix.

Amazing villa in a great area.

+ The Villa was amazing! Our host Angel was very helpful and provided advice on restaurants/taxis etc. The location was quiet with lovely restaurants and taxi or bus to Puerto del Carmen very convenient. The beach was lovely and the walking path to Costa Teguise very scenic! The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.The pool was fantastic and perfect temperature 🌡. Hours of fun on the ping pong table. Lovely and very comfortable outside loungers and relaxing area. Great shopping mall 5mins walk from villa.

+ Host was very attentive and quick to respond to any issues. Villa had lots of space and utilities for the family and had lovely views. Quiet area with shops and some restaurants in walking distance (restaurant Emma nearby was great), also easy enough to get a taxi to visit Arrecife or Puerto del carmen.

Lovely experience.

+ All was perfect - beautiful seaview from all the rooms, unique sunsets, a lot of comfortable sofas, amazing swimming pool for refreshing your body, great for morning yoga (a lot of studio nearby - f.e. Piyo Lanzarote), very strong wind so you can relax and feel the present moments. Kitchen well equipped however a lot of good restaurants nearby. And special thank you to the owner - Angel was a great communicator - always quick in responding and willing to help.

− Just taxi driver had the problem to find the location so we have to walk a little bit but it was an adventure.

+ Amazing views and extremely relaxing. The villa had everything needed to have a comfortable stay, plenty of space, views from every window and a beautiful pool. Loved our stay in Alexia Beach.

− If I had to say something, it would be the pool was extremely deep, which did not allow for fun family pool games. Having said this it was not a major issue for us but may be different if younger children were on holiday.

We had a lovely relaxed time and really enjoyed our stay at the villa.

+ The property was spacious, nice quiet location heated pool a bonus.

− All the sliding external doors a a bit old and difficult to lock. He kitchen was a little dated and the laminate flooring at the top of the stairs was lifted in places.

− There are too many stairs for someone with mobility issues.

− No Aircon in bedrooms 2 3 and 4 only master bedroom which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Location is very quite but a taxi ride away to purto del Carmen

− Nothing. It was perfect for us. The area is quiet however, so if you are interested in the busy, vibrant restaurant areas of Lanzarote, Playa Honda might be too quiet for you.

Great value villa with great views, facilities and an attentive owner

+ This is the third time I’ve stayed here in the last eight months which probably tells you all you need to know. I’ve also stayed here many more times in total. Good location close to the airport, beaches, great beaches and places to eat. Angel the owner is an amazing host who quickly and efficiently deals with any questions you have. I will, of course, be back soon!

+ The villa is lovely, spacious and well apportioned. The terrace is the star. The pool is great and warm enough! The views from the upstairs common area are great. The kitchen has everything you would need. The location is great within Honda, near the airport and Arrecife. Angel was incredibly responsive.

We had a wonderful time and will be back.

+ I can't put into words how amazing villa alexia is, and the host angel couldn't do enough to help, The villa is absolutely perfect for families, the location is perfect, plenty around, close to bus stops, restaurants and in walking distance to the shopping centre and a lovely beach. The villa was spotless clean, and beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning is great! I would highly recommend this villa. We stayed as a family of 8, with kids from ages 5 to 17 and we had the best holiday we have had by far. I will definitely be back!
