Decor was beautiful, actually felt like a place you could live rather than a whitewashed hospital room. The internal courtyard is lovely and the facilities more than adequate for 3 people. No issues with WiFi or the like.
− I think our biggest issue was how cold the rooms were. While there were heaters provided in every room, the bedroom facing the outside of the building never warmed up that much. I imagine this wouldn’t be a problem in summer but in January it was!

+ Apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. Lo mejor es la ubicación, en pleno centro. El trato del dueño y la limpieza. Nos ha gustado mucho y volveríamos a repetir la experiencia sin duda.
− Aunque no tiene que ver con el apartamento, el tema aparcamiento es lo peor, ya que al estar en pleno centro no hay muchas plazas gratuitas y lo tienes que meter en un parking. El más cercano es el de San Agustín, a 5 minutos del apartamento aunque es algo caro. Evidentemente tienes otros más económicos pero más lejanos para ir con las maletas. Es lo que tiene el centro ventajas e inconvenientes.

+ Location was excellent, although a little difficult to find at first due to the narrow alleyway. Rooms were compfortable, if a little small
− Not much storage space in the bedrooms for suitcases etc. Occasionally noisy outside. If travelling in your own car that is not compliant with the low emission zones from January 2026 you likely to have major problems. Parking in a local multi-storey carpark cost around 30€ per 24hrs

I have been a backbacker and never saw a bed like this. Like literally not changing bedsheets in a long long time. I was going to stay two nights and I only stayed one, and the owners did 't even agree to refund us the second night. If you dont want your trip to granada to be ruined, look for something else.

Suerte a Booking qie consiguió que nos devolviera el importe del resto de estancia qie por supuesto no nos quedamos allí.

+ Super-central location just off Plaza Nueva, in a quiet side street. Public areas of building v well maintained. Apartment clean and well equipped for our needs. Great shower.
Excellent communication with owner.
− Wifi not working.
Everything else good.
Note: No air con, not a problem for us in Sept but might be in high summer.
