− Toallas regular. Check-in regular. En general todo bien, aunque necesita leve mantenimiento.

Kvalitetan opustajuc odmor i dobra zabava te zanimljive atrakcije za vidjeti.

+ Blizina vecini sadrzaja i trgovina. Brz dogovor i jasne upute osoblja te brza pomoc osoblja kod rjesavanja nekog problema.

− Potrebno je malo vise kuhinjskog pribora npr.manjih zdjela i đezve za kavu. Laganijih pokrivaca umjesto deka, vise kvačica za sušenje rublja i stalak za sušenje rublja.

+ Prostorne sobe,ravno take kot na sliki,svetlo stanovanje,lastnik je podal točne informacije. V kuhinji vse potrebno.

− Gretje samo enega grelnika,drugi ni delal. Plesen po stropu večje sobe zaradi kopalnice zraven.

+ La ubicación es bastante buena, muy cerca de Arrecife y de la carretera para el aeropuerto. El piso es amplio y nuevo, bastante cómodo. La cocina bastante equipada

− Cosas que mejoraría: Renovar las toallas y disponer de más de 2 (la de cuerpo era muy pequeña) Disponer de gel de ducha Las almohadas de la cama de matrimonio demasiado duras, aunque puedes utilizar algún cojín. Hacía algo de frío en el piso y solo teníamos un pequeño calefactor para calentar el baño(había otro que no funcionaba porque tiraba aire frío)

El piso está muy bien. La ubicación no es mala, estando del centro de arrecife a escasos 4-5km..

+ La cama "de matrimonio" tenía un largo de 2m. Y eso me encantó, generalmente son camas de 1'80m o 1'90m.. Plaza de párking.

− Aunque por la época del año en la viajé no hacía falta; el piso no tiene aire acondicionado. Lo deduzco (porque no lo busqué) ya que en la habitación principal había un ventilador de pie.

− Tiene demasiados ruidos el edificio los vecinos no respetan las normas de convivencia se olle mucho el viento dentro de la vivienda muchos golpes de puertas y lo peor los vecinos de justo encima no parar de molestar con golpes y demasiado tarde la lavadora

Pisazo para entrar a vivir

+ El piso es enorme, muy bien equipado y tiene 2 baños completos.

− No es el centro de Arrecife y si o si necesitas coche

+ Enough space for a family (living room, 2 small bedrooms, 1 large bedroom). Situated in the outskirts, so no problem with public parking.Bed mattresses are nice but pillows are too solid to my taste.There are 2 showers and 2 toilets.

− The apartment was not properly cleaned - there were remnants of old burgers in the microwave oven and cigarette butts under the bed and on the windowsill. I would blame guests but cleaning still leaves much to be desired.The environment is very noisy - the hallway acoustics makes every noise very pronounced. Not a problem of the apartment per se, but it makes sleeping uncomfortable. You can clearly hear footsteps of the neighbours above you. I had to sleep in headphones with active noise cancellation.There is no furniture in the kitchen because it’s very narrow. Not a big deal, but you have to bring food to the living room.Some of the windows are weird - you have to either open them fully (drafts), or close (and then it’s too stuffy) - no “micro venting” mode.Remote from the garage was not working.

Basic apartment for short stay

+ This apartment is really basic and I would rate is as a roof over the head, nothing special. It’s spacious and 2 bathrooms are handy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Main bed was comfortable but too small for a couple.

− The location in the middle of nothing. Very cold with minimal sunshine inside, wouldn’t recommend for a stay during colder months. We stayed in march and we asked for extra blankets because it was really cold inside.the floor with tiles in the whole apartment is extra cold. Definitely missing a touch of warmth in aspect of design or decoration.

Good value for the money. Comfortable and clean

+ The flat itself is located in the modern building with underground parking and with access only for habitats of the area. Flat was tidy and well equipped. We have used the kitchen a lot and found it nice. Also it’s great to have two separate bathrooms and bedrooms for the group of people like we had. The location is quiet, not far away from the supermarket.

Exceptional

+ Werry nice and clear and clean flat. Good location if you hav a car and want to visit different locations. Privat parking available. We felt as like at home. In the kitchen enough staff for 4 persons. Umbrellas for the beach rest available as well. 5-7 min to drive to the Lidl, HuperDino and Decathlon.

− Tv has only Spain's programs. And WiFi router don't get to last bedroom. But this isn't big troubles.

In general great stay the cleaners are amazing and friendly all the time smiling 😊

+ great property, comfortable and well organized. Great place where to have base to move around in the island with the car. Plenty of parking around the building.

− There was not much around. So each time we had to take the car.

Very good

+ The apartment is quiet (no street noise), located in the outskirts, facing towards western mountains. You can easily get to freeway and other cities. It is spacious, contains all necessary amenities, electric heaters are very useful in January. Free parking space included.

− Since mountains prevent the sun from getting inside the apartment the whole place has a pretty "cold" feeling, its a bit dark and tiled floors won't help here. Walls are thin, so you can easily hear the neighbours in the evening flushing their toilets or even talking loudly. Fortunately all voice get quiet in the night :) Upon our arrival the apartment has not been cleaned up, so we had to take our luggage and spend two hours outside waiting for grooming. There is almost nothing around, just a spot with hamburgers and hairdresser. To get grocery you either walk at least 15min or need a car.
