Küche und Schlafzimmer waren einwandfrei.
Direkt vor dem Balkon ist ein Spielplatz. Dort war von früh bis in die Nacht Betrieb. Entweder Hundebesitzer, die ihre Hunde gerufen haben, oder spielende, schreiende Kinder und spät Abends und Nachts, Jugendliche, die auch nicht gerade leise waren.

Great location, clean and fully equipped apartment.
The property had everything it promised. I always find some small detail that could be improved - a second key would have been useful and a pair of scissors in the kitchen. That is all we missed, so, very good. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was bigger than many others we have seen. The shower was good. The location is very good for the town centre (but not too close) and also for the buses, restaurants and beach.
The stools in the kitchen were practical but not great. The sofa was a little too soft. What we prefer might not be what other people prefer though. We also had a minor problem with operating the water heating for the shower initially. So, nothing major.

V 6:00 hodin Vás vzbudí vzlétající letadla.
Appartement was zeer schoon, eenvoudig ingericht maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Moderne badkamer. Goed matras. Zeer centraal gelegen ten opzichte van strand, centrum, horeca en supermarkt. Lift aanwezig naar 1e verdieping. Aantrekkelijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Echt een aanrader.
In feite niets. Balkon is op noorden dus geen zon. Op het plein waarop je uitkijkt zijn in de namiddag veel kinderen een paar uur aan het spelen maar dat geeft mij weinig overlast.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y muy cerca de la playa
El apartamento en sí era muy espartano, le faltaba una mesa para comer al igual que el menaje de cocina era muy limitado. Las almohadas de la cama eran muy malas. Es muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento cerca.

Great central location with all amenities close by Friendly check in and they were able to accommodate us early which was a big help Super comfy bed and fabulous shower
As its first floor the balcony is very overlooked and the dive school below can very noisy Kitchen space is dated and could do with a refresh of equipment but works ok for simple meals
In the middle of El Médano, a few minutes, on foot, from the beach, biggest supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Overlooks one of the main squares, which does get busy late afternoon / early evening (the is a children’s play area which is popular after school. But importantly without the traffic noise and mopeds normally associated with El Medano. Easy access via the lift , if necessary.
The kitchen could benefit from an equipment upgrade, most things that you will need are there, but tired.
Big really good property with everything there and access to nice swimming pools. 2 mins from the Beach.

It is not a silent neighbourhood but that’s fine for me as I love atmosphere. If you are looking for silence in might not be for you.
Spacious flat, large kitchen, nice modern bathroom. Useful balcony where you can put your wet clothes. Very good communication during arrival and easy departure. You can park your car nearby. Very good wi-fi connection. Everything was clean, and you will get big towels for use.
Some equipment - wardrobe etc. is not modern, but this is not so important. Very good value for money!
Central location with a great bakery underneath the apartment block. Equipped with all the basics we needed for a comfortable self catering break in our favourite place in Tenerife. we had no problem finding parking on the street throughout our stay
