+ Las camas son muy cómodas , todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin echar en falta nada . Te dejan dos juegos de llaves cosa que de normal no suele ser así .

− As there is no person to give you the key, there is no reason to charge for late check in! There is no difference if the guest arrives at 17h, 19h or 23h! Also, I can't understand why there is guarantee to pay. Booking platform should be the guarantee.

− 1er piso a un patio de luces. Ventanas con barrotes. Olor molesto fundamentalmente en 1 de las habitaciones.

+ The accommodation was great, clean, comfortable. The location is perfect since it is in the heart of Bilbao. Also, they gave us an excellent service and they were clear with the instructions.

+ Con motivo de la Bilbao night, este apartamento al lado de San Mamés ha sido todo un lujo. Parkings y metro al lado al igual que tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

− Al baño le vendría bien una reforma para darle más amplitud.

Ok. Could really do with some cooling facility!

+ Good location for the convention centre and the stadium, clean, spacious, good facilities. Would suggest it's a good apartment for the cooler months.

− It was far too hot, and there were no fans to circulate air (I knew the property didn't have Aircon when I booked, but was surprised there wasn't even a fan given bilbao does get quite hot). The property also seemed to have a lot of flies and mosquitos. We sprayed bug spray, but obviously as it was so hot, to get more air in you needed to have the windows open for a while, which let more in. We ended up with a lot of bites. Between the bites and the heat we didn't get much sleep. We had booked for 4 nights but checked out after 2 and went to a hotel with Aircon.
