Condiciones del alojamiento

Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. Ten en cuenta que todas las peticiones especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden comportar suplementos.
En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
Informa a Alpen1 La Volta con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el alojamiento. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
Las personas menores de 18 años solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales.
Se pedirá un depósito por daños de EUR 150 a la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá 7 días después del check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el alojamiento.

Key delivery schedule
- From JUNE to SEPTEMBER
Monday to Sunday: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- From OCTOBER to MAY
Monday to Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
SATURDAYS: keys will be collected in a coded mailbox, located at the key collection address.

Consult periods of long weekends and holidays outside of high season.

Late check-in will be done through a mailbox with a code, you must contact the reception so that this code is provided to the client and both the reservation and the deposit must be paid.

Maximum departure time from the apartments is 10:00 a.m.

The rate does not include towels or bed linen.
You can bring your own bed linen or rent it from reception.

EXTRAS: (payment at reception)
- Cribs: €7 / day.
- Extra beds: €7/day.
- Sheets: €6 per bed/stay.
- Towels: €25 set of 5 shower towels. (cash payment)

** Stays from September 23 to June 4 for 7 or more nights DO NOT include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed upon departure according to the consumption made by the client, according to the meter reading. For stays longer than 1 month, the electricity payment is monthly (€0.35/kW)

Seasonal pool, open from 6/15 to 9/15 (modifications subject to the community of residents of the property)

Guests must pay a deposit of €150 by card, cash is not accepted.
After departure from the apartment, it is subject to an inspection by Peñíscola Rentals, the deposit will be returned to the same card within a maximum period of 7 days.

The interior photographs are examples of the variety of apartments we have. They are assigned according to the planning schedule, so a specific height, view or apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The client will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance during the 14 days before the arrival date.

Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you cannot respect the arrival time.

NEW ORDER FROM THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR:

According to Royal Decree 933/2021:
All adult guests and children aged 14 years or older listed in the reservation must present a valid identification document (ID card, PASSPORT, NIE) upon check-in.
A deposit may be required at the property.
