Buena elección si se busca sitio tranquilo

+ Todo correcto. Buen apartamento. Aire acondicionado en la habitación pero no en la sala donde había ventiladores. Había un aire acondicionado portátil que ayuda mucho. Estancia cómoda. Bien la piscina y la urbanización en general.

− A tener en cuenta que la parcela para aparcar no es grande y para acceder hay que maniobrar. No muy problemático si el coche no es grande, aunque había coches grandes aparcados. No hay nada cerca de la urbanización como para ir a pie. Tiene cerca Calpe y un Súper Más y Más, pero hay que ir en coche.

Bien , pero an sido dos detalles para ser una estancia de 10 que no cuesta nada solucionar

+ Me gustó las vistas y el apartamento y destacar el colchón muy cómodo

− No me gustó , que el aire del comedor y luego en la terraza aclistalada está la mesa de comedor sin aire ! Hacía mucha calor , nos pusieron un aire portalil pero creo que para lo que se paga un aire portátil no es lo suficiente! Luego también fuimos para dos noches que solo pusieran un rollo de wc gastado que lo quedaba casi , por un rollo entero o dos de papel higiénico no estaría mal , otra cosa es para una semana que sí que los clientes se lo compren pero para dos noches el cliente no cuenta que tiene que llevar papel del wc!

Prachtige locatie en een fijn verblijf, ondanks enkele kleine verbeterpunten

+ De locatie is werkelijk adembenemend. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig. Het appartement was netjes en prima voor een verblijf.

− Er zijn wel een paar aandachtspunten. De airconditioning bevindt zich alleen in de slaapkamer, waardoor de woonkamer en serre erg warm worden. We kregen als oplossing een mobiele airco, wat we erg waardeerden. Helaas moest daarvoor de glazen deur van de serre open blijven voor de afvoerslang. Omdat ons balkon direct aan de ingang van het complex lag, voelden wij ons niet prettig om de deur 's nachts open te laten, ondanks de camerabewaking. Daarnaast is de slaapbank aan vervanging toe en vonden wij het tweepersoonsbed van 140 × 200 cm aan de kleine kant. Ook de parkeergarage is erg krap. Er zijn veel pilaren en geparkeerde auto's, waardoor je vaak achteruit moet manoeuvreren om je parkeerplaats te bereiken. Voor grotere auto's is dat best een uitdaging. Ondanks deze punten hebben we genoten van ons verblijf. De prachtige locatie en het uitzicht maken veel goed en we hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

+ Het goede contact met de host, ze probeerde met alles het ons goed naar de zin te maken. Rustige plek, eigen parkeergelegenheid onder de appartementen

Quite comfortable location with a great pool.

+ Quite comfortable location with a great pool. Apartment had everything needed. and it was clean and tidy.

− Apartment could have benefited from more air conditioning with only one unit in the bedroom which worked well. A very damp smell came from a storage room which went away when we kept the door closed. Parking at this property is seriously tricky and not for the faint hearted, requiring a lot of maneuvering and clutch control.

− Si no vas con coche estas lejos para supermercados, del pueblo y restaurantes.

+ El complejo aunque apartado de todo es tranquilo. Y se ve conservado. El apartamento esta bien con su terraza y buenas vistas.

− Es imposible aparcar, por lo que la plaza de parking es indispensable. Pero cuando llegas hay una moto atravesada a lo largo de la plaza, que además es del propietario. Y la que te impide aparcar a no ser que tengas un micro coche. Tuve que dejar cartel todos los dias por si molestaba. Y no vengo de vacaciones a preocuparme por estas cosas. El grifo del lavabo es un desastre total. Y el agua caliente, dura 10m, si sois tres pues mínimo uno se queda sin agua caliente. Desconozco motivo. El secador no se puede enchufar porque le falta como un adaptador. Bueno en fin no vuelvo.

Tranquilidad

+ El Entorno con jardines bien cuidados y preciosas vistas. El cuidado de la casa que contaba con todo lo necesario

− El aparcamiento. La plaza estaba en parte ocupada por una motocicleta que dificultaba e impedía aparcar en la plaza asignada

Peaceful location

+ Really clean and comfortable apartment. Lovely little terrace and great view.... The apartment complex is lovely...well landscaped and very well maintained. Very peaceful and quiet location

− As most other reviews have mentioned...you absolutely need a car to stay here...and preferably a small one ...and instructions from the letting agent are a little confusing So....HERE IS YOUR GUIDE WHICH MAY BE USEFUL!! Keys are collected from a lock box in a different location. There is a steep driveway down to the property which has an electric gate ..worked by the supplied key fob. Our fob stopped working half way through the week..but there is a key which opens a door in the gate...go through this and on the right there is a switch which manually opens the gate Once through the gate drive to the very last parking area .. the allocated space is tricky to manoeuvre into...hence the need for a small car! Once out of car...either go through the grey door in the wall which gives access to the lift which takes you up to the apartment OR go through the opening,turn right and up the outdoor steps...we made the mistake of going down in the outdoor lift and wandering around the lower level where the pool is! I think the lack of specific instructions speaks to an underlying sense of the bare minimum of info ....no emergency contact information up in the apartment ( some general numbers in the lift and out the back door which we came across during the week,)..no instructions for using stuff...had to dig about for cooker and oven instructions...and you have to turn the under unit lights on to get the plugs to work to use the kettle!!. And no..we never quite figured out how to turn the coloured lights off in the lounge!! A couple of extra pillows,more towels and toilet roll would also make the place feel more like hospitality was being provided...as it felt very much like a letting agent was managing it when not being used as a holiday home! And no communication from host / agent at any point during our week there...

Acogedor piso, pero con confusas indicaciones de la gestora.

+ El alojamiento es muy acogedor.

− No había indicaciones en el piso para las credenciales del WiFi, había que llamar a la gestora Protucana. Incompleta indicación de la plaza de parking, ya que el número asignado se repite en 3 lugares del aparcamiento ( para los 3 bloques). Plaza muy incómoda para aparcar. Confusa indicación para encontrar el ascensor y subir al piso. Falta información para desbloquear las puertas de la terraza. La gestora no nos llamó en ningún momento, teníamos que llamar siempre nosotros, incluso para preguntar dónde devolver las llaves.

+ Stunning location and felt very luxurious. A whole single bedroom apartment. Parking under the building was excellent (as long as you have a small/medium car... very tight parks). Location means you really need a car to access other places.

Magnifique appartement !

+ L'appartement est magnifique ! Il est super beau avec tout le confort. La piscine est superbe. On trouve toujours un transat même en période d'été.

− Si je devais dire quelque chose même si j'ai adoré l'appartement et le lieu c'est vrai qu'il faut obligatoirement la voiture pour aller dans la ville d'Altea qui est à 6km limite on est plus près de Calp dont les plages sont avec du sable. La plage près de l'appartement est jolie mais petite et avec des grosses pierres. Il faut obligatoirement des chaussures. Pour le parking c'est compliqué car la place est étroite et en plus il y a une moto qui ne bouge pas et qui prend une partie de la place. Si je devais donner un conseil à l'agence c'est de donner sur un papier toutes les explications notamment le code wifi, comment trouver la place et l'appartement avec l'adresse exacte, comment ouvrir les portes vitrées, l'heure à laquelle il faut laisser l'appartement, le lieu pour déposer les clefs car il a fallu que je pose moi même la question par message. Mais sinon l'appartement est superbe.

+ Wonderful place for a calm holiday. Perfect view from the terrace, nice swimming pool, clean and well euipped rooms. Surely recommend it to my friends :)
