Altea Mar y Puerto

+ Preparado hasta el detalle en todo lo que se necesita: utensilios de cocina, electrodomésticos, sillas de playa,... El aire acondicionado y los ventiladores distribuidos en todo el piso evitan el calor. Los dormitorios, la cocina, el baño y el comedor son amplios y están renovados con gusto. El silencio y la calidad de los colchones también ayudan al descanso. Ubicación excepcional.

+ Jag skrev en recension förut Allt man kan önska sig! Fantastisk läge med havsutsikt! Bara att korsa vägen så är du på stranden. Boendet har 2 solstolar och ett parasoll man kan låna med sig om man vill sitta bekvämt på stenstranden ⛱️ 🌊 ☀️ Dessutom nära till mataffärer och restauranger. Man kan ta sig upp till lägenheten med hiss och man får två par nycklar. Det är rymligt och fräscht! Man kan laga mat, tvätta och slappa i soffan framför TVn. Nästan viktigast av allt: AC:n funkar felfritt och finns i alla rum! 🌟👍🏼 Tips: Precis utanför finns parkering för elsparkcyklar man kan hyra via appen ”Hoppy”. Dessa användes flitigt av oss 🌸 Tack så mycket för vår vistelse hos er💝

Comfortable space with an amazing ocean view.

+ Located just at the front of an excellent beach was great. Along the street there are many restaurants and coffee shops. All the appliances for preparing meals and coffe makes this place special. Wide space to move around. Big TV connected to main nets make a good plus after having a sea and sun baths. Sea breeze was another plus throughout wide windows. Beach towels and the umpbrela were another special details. Maybe a couple of beach chairs in the future will be a nice touch. Ana let us know any advice about building and we all appreciate the welcome card and confidence from Cris and Ted.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in Altea.

+ This is a wonderful property in a fabulous location in Altea. The beach directly in front, a great range of restaurants nearby, the tram station just a few minutes behind the apartment, and a MasYMas supermarket a five minute walk away. The sound of the waves and the welcoming view of the sun sparkling on the sea to greet you each morning. What more could you want?

En härlig lägenhet att bo i fina Altea.

+ Laget är oslagbart! Mitt på strandpromenaden med vidunderlig havsutsikt och nära till många olika restauranger. Fräsch och fin lägenhet , rymlig och bekväm och utrustad med allt som behövs. Hjälpsamt värdpar, inte minst när vi hamnade i en lite akut situation. Stenig strand precis utanför entrén.

− Vi saknade balkong även om det var helt öppningsbara fönster mot havet.

+ The location is obviously perfect, but also the apartment was so clean. Every piece of cutlery and kitchen utensils/equipment was spotlessly clean. The sofa was so clean and comfortable like it had hardly been used. A huge 48" smart tv, a dining table to seat at least 6. A smaller balcony table to enjoy the sunrises with a coffee. A utility room with washing machine but also stored here are beach equipment provided for people's use - a beach tent and chairs. Two very spacious double bedrooms with plenty of clothing storage...and thd bathroom is so nice nice...really new and modern looking, with a double shower with really powerful water pressure. The support and communications from Cristina and Paul were excellent. They answered any questions I had before we arrived and during, all answered the same day. I really would give this an 11 put of 10, it is that good. We can't wait to go back. Altea is a lovely little resort with a load of restaurants on the sea front and the winding streets up to and around the church are spectacular with more restaurants and shops. Then a 40 minute walk along the sea front takes you to Albir, another slightly bigger resort than Altea, but as nice. This place, along with the apartment made for the perfect holiday...I would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at the beachfront

+ Fantastic place right at the sea front of Altea. Comfy beds (2 double beds and 1 sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (basic setting but highly functional) and the best view of the sea right from the living room. It is peaceful and lovely. The building is very quite and at night you see the waves, very calming. The internet works fast - i had several conference calls and it worked well. Parking - we parked on the street on the promenade or by the train station which is close by. Definitely recommend this spot

A lovely place to stay for a winter break.

+ Great location overlooking the sea. Very spacious for a couple. Well equipped. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Bedrooms were quiet.

− My wife and I had to carry out 22 kg cases up 56 steps as lift was broken.This invariably proved very difficult and back and knee pain to us both for days and the same back down so not at all impressed on our 25th wedding anniversary!!

Worth the stairs !

+ Lovely apartment, very comfortable and clean with incredible sea views.

− The entrance to the block had us a little worried as it looks a bit of a building site as a much needed lift is being installed, and the stairs are narrow because of this. But the apartment was lovely.

+ Location was perfect, views were incredible. Lounge was very comfortable and the bathroom very modern.

− The stairs!!! The apartment is listed as having no lift but I was shocked at how many stairs you have to climb 71 i counted!!!. It was quite hard work even for a fairly fit family. The kitchen is looking a little tired and could do with modernising..

Great holiday. Nice views and location. Would have been excellent with a lift.

− 5 flights of stairs or 63 steps. No lift. Great views,but the stairs 3/4 times a day makes you fit. However, after a few days started to become a concern.
