− La limpieza, el aire acondicionado que no llegaba a toda la casa y que no tuviese bidet.

+ Todo perfecto. Ubicación, tranquilidad, frescura, comodidad, mobiliario… todo espectacular

− Todo ha sido estupendo.

− No se puede disfrutar mucho de la terraza durante el día, ya que da el Sol de frente y es muy agobiante, tienes que tener la persiana cerrada todo el tiempo.

− Feel there should be some English channels on TV for tourists. We did get a complimentary clean but I think only because we had no hot water one day.sheets and towels need to be changed mid a weeks holiday.instructions needed for washing machine.

Comfortable stay and great location

+ This was our second time staying in this property. Clean, spacious, close to the beach and wonderful views. Owner was very communicative prior to arrival and provided all the essential info.

− Due to the location can be a bit noisy, but that’s being picky.

Spotlessly clean and great location

+ A spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Plenty of hot water and great shower pressure. Nice sized balcony. The owner was extremely helpful and fast to respond to a query we had the first day. Great location so near the beach

Alles wat je nodig hebt! =)

+ Heel netjes en comfortabel. Terras met leuk uitzicht. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Prima contact met de beheerder/eigenaar. De locatie is geweldig; dichtbij / in het centrum en toch 's nachts rustig.

Lovely area surrounding!

+ Enjoyed our stay, was a fantastic location within a minutes walk from the beach! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby! We enjoyed the roof terrace shared with other apartments. There was everything we needed in terms of cutlery and glasses. Beach towels were unexpected but welcome. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good and powerful.

− Could have done with a mid week clean and new towels for a week stay. Or if there were a few products available to have a little clean ourselves, just like a dustpan and brush.

Fantastic apartment by the beach

+ Amazing location 1 minute walk to beach, very close to all the restaurants and supermarket. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, decent shower. Cleaners came half way through the week. Host was great, when we managed to lock ourselves out one day she organised someone to let us in within 20 mins - very much appreciated!! Blackout shutters which kept the apartment cool and was great for our baby's sleep. Beach towels and parasols available. Generally quiet, although the front room faces a street so you might hear the odd car/motorbike - if you're a light sleeper you might be better off sleeping in the back bedroom. Would highly recommend this apartment!!

− If I could suggest some minor improvements - a shelf in the shower, small bathtub for a baby, some salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen would be much appreciated :)

Excellent location, well equipped, and good value for money.

+ An excellent location 2 mins walk from the beach, some good restaurants, Spar supermarket and not even 5 mins to the bus station. The apartment is well equipped and does have a washing machine contrary to a previous review. Considering the high price of accommodation in Puerto de Mogan generally, we thought it represented extremely good value for money. We are light sleepers and found the front bedroom a little too noisy as it's above a road, so moved to the back bedroom which was very quiet. For us the mattresses were too hard but this comes down to personal taste.

+ Fabulous apartment, comfortable bed, good bed linen, good shower. The apartment is very spacious for 2 people and a fabulous location. We were met by Dani who showed us around, excellent host.

− Only disadvantage is that there is no sun on the balcony, which makes drying towels and swimwear very difficult.

Family trip to Gran canaria

+ Location,safe apartment block, beach towels provided, sunbeds and umbrellas provided on roof terrace . Travel size shampoo and shower gel provided.Mugs for tea.Fans within overhead lights in bedrooms Aircon only in living room.Bus station useful and buses easy to use.We went to Capital by bus long journey but worth it.Would definitely use airport bus very easy and cheap.Went to arguineguin by boat for market day.Had 10 euro meal deal there cheap meal compared to Puerto mogan.You know Puerto mogan expensive but things seem to have risen again.But very pretty place to stay for a week.Weather on whole good but hd some early showers.Beds comfortable.

− Small things, no large glasses for long drinks.Not problem for us but no washing machine ,actually in apartment.Assume it was somewhere in complex.Iron but no ironing board.Only two pillows provided for double bed and one for single, some extra pillows would be good Dani did offer to meet us later than originally arranged but cleaner let us in to leave cases we went off for lunch,as we bumped into cleaner as we waited outside to check in,as she was going in to clean property.Think description could be slightly updated.There is one shower and toilet and extra toilet with basin.I was traveling with brother and sister so we managed but really when we booked we thought two bathrooms which maybe my error.On two days we woke up to roadworks being carried out very noisy.We would not have been able to stay in.We were going out both days so didn't affect us just woken up at 7.30 am.A book with what to do with rubbish and how things work etc would be useful.Dani did offer to meet but we didn't want to wait in. We knew area and speak Spanish not a problem .So even if explained on arriving useful to have in writing for some people.We enjoyed our week.Hope useful feed back

− Building work outside modernisation noisy should be completed soon. Air conditioning only in lounge, far bedroom got very hot. Had to sleep with all bedrooms doors open.

A week away with friends. So relaxed. A bedroom each. Located in the centre of Mogan. Weather was perfect too..

Puerto de Mogán is a beautiful small village, so we found quiet and rest. The beach is beautiful and sandy, tou can find

+ Great localization, close to the beach, local shop and the church. All kitchen facilities you need are on the place, so you can cook if required. Internet access very good. Moreover you can leave your car in the garage. You can also take some sunbathing on the roof with the access to the shower. Everything was excellent!
