PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA. LIMPIEZA INEXISTENTE

+ La ubicación.

− El alojamiento carecía de limpieza, presenta muebles rotos, pelos en las almohadas, camas, suelo y en las toallas de baño, carece de gel/champú, presenta fallos en el ascensor (por lo que hay que subir 6 pisos a escaleras cargados con las maletas), dejan 1 sobre de Nescafé y 2 azucarillos para 4 personas (2 noches), la puerta no tiene cerrojo en el interior haciéndola muy insegura. Las habitaciones y el baño no presentan pestillo, reduciendo la privacidad. No dan NINGUNA flexibilidad a la hora de realización dejan check-in ( bloquean el alojamiento hasta las 15:01h). El edificio es muy antiguo, las paredes son muy finas por lo que se escucha la conversación de los vecinos y es imposible conciliar el sueño hasta altas horas de la madrugada.NO lo recomiendo

− La limpieza en general decepcionante y escasa No había gel No funcionaba la TV por TDT Nos faltaba un toalla En el menaje de cocina había pelos Habían fallos en la presión del agua Fallaba el termo

− No se ven las cadenas de television (solo se oian, pero no habia imagen en la pantalla)

− poca o nada presion en el agua de ducha no me pude duchar un dia ,habia un ruido inaguantable a media noche proveniente no se si del termo o la presión de agua por las tuberias ,la TV fue imposible ver canales generales en abierto o sea si no tienes una plataforma tipo Netflix o HBO no ves la TV y acabando y ya que me preguntais estoy pensando en solicitar el dinero o parte de el ,mi estancia no fue de lo mas reconfortante

+ The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable

− It’s just so poorly managed. It could be a good value for a group of teenagers but it’s missing a lot of small details. Check-in process is terrible. They are so rude and unacomodating. Door code can be tricky to use. Kitchen is absolutely bare. Hairs on the floor. Bad iron. Shower is nice but limited hangers and storage. The only thing you can rely on is clean sheets, WiFi, and a warm shower, and bit of brooming on the floor but can leave hairs behind. Also lots of noise from neighbors in the morning. It’s a property with lots of potential but poor management it’s disappointing. I would have been willing to pay an extra €200 to avoid this booking. It doesn’t have to be this bad honestly

+ Lo mejor es la buena situación que tiene, 10 minutos a Atocha andando y boca de metro en la misma puerta

− Aunque la entrada era a las 15:00 cuando llegamos estaba la señora terminando de limpiarlo y no pudimos entrar hasta las 16:00. Las paredes son de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo, no tuvimos vecinos muy ruidosos pero las conversaciones se escuchaban perfectamente sobre todo por la noche. Necesita pequeñas mejoras, pero tiene lo necesario de menaje de cocina ( para lo poco que lo hemos usado) y las almohadas son ultra finas e incomodas. Por lo demás relación calidad precio no se puede pedir más

− La escaleras, el ascensor se rompió el primer día, y nunca lo arreglaron. Estábamos en la sexta planta😱

− L’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano e l’ascensore nao funzionava. Esagerato chiedere la cifra richiesta x una tassa di pulizia pari al prezzo del soggiorno! Puo migliorare il concetto!

Great location and comfortable place with helpful hosts

+ The host was very attentive, they replied fast and were always very helpful. We were facing some issues with our code to enter and they fixed it very promptly. Overall they were always ready to help. Regarding the place itself, the location couldn't be better! You are right infront of a metro station and many buses also basically stop right in front of the apartments. It's a nice area with young people, I think students, and it always feels safe. There are also many cafes and even a churreria nearby so you can have a great breakfast before heading out to explore the city. The apartment was very comfortable with everythinf we needed. I would definetely stay here again.

− The coffee machine didn't work properly so it was always a mess to get a coffee there. They also didn't provide us with enough shampoo or soap, there were bottles in the shower but they were empty :(! However, I think they would have fixed this if I had mentioned it because they were always happy to help so I don't think it was a big issue, just worth mentioning

+ The apartment was as described and looked as it did in the photos it was comfortable and clean. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The apartment was very close to the metro and easy to get around

− The shower hose was leaking which wasn't to much of a problem however, we then noticed a lot of water on the floor and discovered that water was leaking out badly from the tiles outside the shower cubicle with water very close to the electric socket for the boiler which is very dangerous. Thankfully we were checking out that day. The walls are quite thin and you can hear people banging doors tv, talking etc. The view was described as "courtyard" this was simply an ugly shaft onto which many apartment windows were facing and air-conditioning units were housed. Not the hosts fault but the night before we left a party was held and noise went on until 3.30 in the morning, meaning we had very little sleep. In addition someone had thrown a lit cigarette next to the lift outside our door. This is unacceptable and very dangerous as the fire escape stairs are wooden. I reported this to the host who said they would look into it which i hope they do before the water causes major damage.

Comfortable and great location

+ Clean and tidy. Close to public transport

− Kitchen area was a bit narrow so hard to have more than one person in at a time, although it had everything we needed

− Going up and down stairs with our luggage. We were expecting to go on the elevator directly to our place.
