+ De ligging. Klein strand 5 min Groot strand centrum 10 min Zandstrand in baai 15 min Supermarkt 5 min Het appartement is gedateerd. Op zich is dat geen bezwaar. Voorzien van ijskast, vriezer en oven. Badkamer is zeer ruim en up-to-date. Mooi groot terras.

− Wifi wat tegenwoordig van levensbelang is bij mijn kinderen was belabberd. Werkte meer niet dan wel. Wasmachine werkte alleen als je met veel geweld de deksel dicht maakt. Naar meerde pogingen werkte deze. Er is een broodrooster die beter weggegooid kan worden. Parkeren is hier waardeloos. Probeer het niet. Beste optie is in de buurt van de camping te parkeren. (Gratis) Houd er rekening mee dat er naast het appartement gebouwd wordt. In de periode dat wij er waren was er gelukkig geen werkzaamheden. Vraag dit na voor je boekt

+ Me encantó. Súper bien ubicado delante del puerto. Limpio y un personal muy agradable y accesible.

− No estaba demasiado limpio. Y sobre todo, fue imposible dormir, el motor del frigorífico no paraba en toda la noche. Tuvimos que comprarnos tapones

+ En general todo. A demás, este año habían hecho mejoras en cuanto a electrodomésticos, cosa que es de mucha importancia, dado que es el 3r año que venimos a este alojamiento.

The host would be better served by managing the property himself or change the service company.

+ The location is practical, near the seafront, restaurants, and grocery shopping.

− The host uses the services of a rather unresponsive company called FOSCA. We had pre-booked a private parking spot for EURO 15/night that was unavailable for us the first night. When I called FOSCA, I was first told that I should have let them know about the parking space beforehand. After I told them that I had, they checked and, without even an apology, simply said that they would make one available the next day. Luckily I had managed to find a parking spot on a nearby street, and I eventually got the parking space I had pre-booked. The three bedroom apartment is supposed to be airconditioned. The only problem is that there is only one air-conditioning unit in the living-room/kitchen area. The cool air does not reach the room on the upper floor - which receives the most sun and becomes unbearably hot -, neither one of the two bedrooms located on the living-room/kitchen area floor. We asked for two fans, to which the FOSCA employee simply said "We don't provide that. Just close the doors of the rooms well". A completely non-sensical answer, since closed doors reduce/block airflow, not enhance it. In addition, there is no door, just a staircase to the upper floor.As a result' our two sons sweated more than they slept. The kitchen: pots with handles missing, a toaster which is a fire hazard; no dish towels; broken utensils; no kettle; etc. It is obvious that FOSCA don't take their job seriously.

A very relaxing week in a light, spacious apartment.

+ Clean spacious apartment. Close to beach, shops and eating places. Quiet residential area. Well equipped.

− 1950s style toaster a potential fire hazard. Key box difficult to close. Didn't understand the need for the second key code (last digits of tel number) as that key box didn't open.

− How to collect the keys was changed last minute by App. The app nr was not reachable after that for questions. No guidance provided, we had to find out ourselves. No documentation in the appt either

Beautiful apartment with an amazing location

+ Fabulous location. Love the apartment layout with the mezzanine floor. Very peaceful, yet the hustle and bustle of beautiful Palamos is just a few minutes away using the new walkway. Would 100% return here.

− Possibly the apartment needs a slight refresh of paint and the bathroom also needs updating. Some signs of wear and tear. Needed more pillows and better quality ones too. They were very thin and only 1 per person is not enough.
