+ It was clean and the air con worked well. The lady that met us was very nice and polite , location was ok , the two single bass were comfortable

− Where do I start.,..they were late to meet us to check in, the towels and bedding were damp so I had to hang on the balcony, the key didn't work to the main door so had to wait for someone else to come in to open the door , the bathroom had a bad sewage smell, I booked for 3 adults all in one room with a very uncomfortable sofa bed for 3rd adult with thin bedsheets and no mattress topper for a sweaty leather sofa. My main gripe is the price , I wouldn't mind if it was cheap but £350 for 2 nights! I only booked as my son was in the hospital nearby and needed to be close . This place is fine for about £80 a night but £175 even in summer holidays ?sorry to the owners but there is better places in Benidorm for the same kind of money

One of the worst apartments we have ever stayed in. Dirty and very dated !!

− 8 day booking we only got one bath towel each and a hand towel between us. Contacted owner but got told thats all they give we are not in a hotel! No change of bed clothes either for 8 days and same reply that its not a hotel. Kettle was full of fungus and mould and had to boil cups in microwave for 4 days, eventually replaced after 4 days of messaging.

+ Un apartamento reformado ya que el edificio es antiguo ,cercano a la playa

− El edificio necesita que lo fumiguen,habia hormigas hasta dentro del armario y por las paredes

TRANQULIDAD SI VIENES AL LOW FESTIVAL

+ Es un edificio muy muy tranquilo, nos alojamos en un primero en pleno "low festival" con lo que supone que van a ver más ruidos en la piscina o "charlas nocturnas", sin embargo ha sido toda una grata sorpresa que fuera tan sumamente tranquilo. Piscina nada masificada y un muy buen ambiente familiar. "

− Es un milagro aparcar por la zona y no recibir una multa... a nosotros nos adviertió de tal circunstancia el dueño y nos evitó un horrible susto , pq el cohe directamente se lo lleva la grúa que están a la caza y captura del turista despistado.

− Only thing would point out, patio door not very good security old metal framed flick over handle to lock, being on first floor other side of rail is flat roof so easy to access.No safe so had to carry valuables when out.

− Don’t feel like the door look was the most secure and the balcony door lock isn’t the best either. Also no English tv channels and the tv is very small
