+ Die Lage, die Ausstattung

− Es ist sehr laut - sehr befahrene Straße. Auch nachts. Um Mitternacht werden die Glascontainer geleert- mehrmals in der Woche nachts

+ Location was excellent. Right beside the beach, restaurants and bars. Accommodation was spacious and clean. There was a lovely big balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Host was very friendly and helpful.

− A minor mistake is that there was no salt, pepper, oil, or coffee machine capsules in the apartment.

We have stayed at Ana apartments before and really like it there.

+ I sent an email to inform of our late arrival and asked if someone would be there to meet us. I didn’t receive a reply. I also phoned the number given to me preciously. The person who answered did not speak English and hung up the phone. Luckily I had a friend who lives nearby and he came to our rescue by phoning and speaking Spanish and arranged to get the key. It was quite stressful.

+ Apartamento maravilhoso com vista e localização excelente. Espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Receção acolhedora e muito prestável. Adorámos a estadia e esperamos voltar em breve!

Estadía en SAN Pedro

+ Departamento con muy linda ubicación. A pasos de la playa y con vista al mar. Buenos sitios con restaurantes

− La propiedad estaba limpia y prolija, pero deberían renovar el mobiliario que se encuentra algo antiguo. La cama y almohadas de la habitación principal deberían cambiarlas dado que son muy incómodas

+ LOCATION WAS SUPER NEAR THE BEACH IN SAN PEDRO. THE BALCONY WAS IN THE SUN IN THE AFTERNOONS, REALLY NICE. GOD CONTACT WITH SERVICE TEAM AND A VERY SMOOTH CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT. A BIG APARTMENTS WITH Two TOILETS. PARKING GARAGE WAS SUPER. THE INTERIOR WAS NOT SO NICE, THAT’S THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ”BAD” AND THE POOL WAS VERY LITTLE AND THERE WERE NO POOL CHAIRS. BUT WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR STAY!!

− Very little, suggest change main bedroom mattress and provide a vacuum as opposed to small broom

Delightful cosy appartment

+ The location was perfect for the beach and bars. We liked the Ammo bar as it did British lager, very friendly. The garden and small pool were well kept, and had sun all day. The appartment was well equipped washing machine, clothes line for wet towels. Oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle everything you need. There were 2 toilets, so no rushing when showering, the shower was very powerful and kept temperature. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea, we spent most of our evenings out there. Central heating if needed in winter, and tv. A lift to upper floors. Supermarket, tabaconist, bars, Chinese restaurant, cafe, up road to end turn right. About a 10 min stroll. I would definitely stay again.

− The cups were small. Only 2 mugs. But we bought 2 more for a euro, and left them there. It's a british thing, large mug of tea at breakfast.😂

Exceptional

+ The location was brilliant. We cooked breakfast and sat on the terrace which had a beautiful sea view. There are loads of eating places along the promenade.

We had a lovely holiday because we knew the area, but I wouldn’t recommend or stay again in this apartment.

− Stained bath, junk-shop find furniture, mattress with noisy springs, small size thin bath towels, I’ll stop there.

Not worth 9.2/4 stars

+ Location next to beach 10 minute walk from supermarket Free WiFi Clean Decent cooking facilities (although we did not try the oven or microwave) Good laundry facilities Decent size accommodation and terrace 2 toilets

− Host did give a handover, but rushed through this and did not speak any English Rating is a bad system - definitely not worth 9.2/4 star rating - damaged and tired decor, very uncomfortable beds, only one sun lounger with a dirty mattress Inadequate security - terrace windows did not lock so allen key is used as a bolt (we were not told this but figured it out) also had no shutter so could be compromised from the outside. Laundry area has no lock on the door and although there are bars on the windows it could be accessed from communal hallway via a window that locks on that side. There is also a really bad smell coming from the open drain in the laundry room. There were only 2 wine glasses and only one tall glass although lots of short glasses There were no tea towels and only 2 dishwasher tabs provided for the very small dishwasher, as we were staying for a week we mainly washed dishes in the sink but having no tea towel meant they couldn't be dried Unreliable WiFi connection - although it has 5g this was rarely available and signal kept dropping out We also found a cockroach. Despite this we managed to have a lovely holiday as the beach and boardwalk were so close by, and the weather was glorious during our stay.

Relaxing stay!

+ The location was perfect, near several beaches and good restaurants, especially marabierta, which we visited many times. The apartment was as promised, big and quiet, and the host was very friendly.
