Buena ubicación y atención

+ La comunicación y amabilidad de los responsables del apartamento, siempre a la escucha y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

− El único inconveniente del apartamento es su ducha super pequeña, incómoda para personas grandes, no tenía porta jabón, ni shampoo, entonces estaban en el piso lo que era realmente incómodo al momento de ducharse.

Would not recommend staying here.

+ Location was fantastic. Ample towels for everyone.

− Shower didn’t work correctly. Limited space. Air conditioner was terrible. Beds uncomfortable. Limited amenities available in kitchen.

− Me entregaron muy tarde hubo un problema con el código de acceso y el encargado nos solucionó dos horas después nos tocó esperar afuera del apartamento

Really expensive for what we got, damp, smelly.

+ The location was good and the hosts gave us a lot of information, were quick to respond.

− From the four chairs we had, two were broken and unusable, the apartment was on the ground floor in an inner courtyard, the windows had bars, the ventilation was not good, frequently someone in the building was cooking smelly food and because the windows had no access to the outside of the building it would smell. The apartment smelled of damp, there was mold in a few places. The bathroom was the biggest problem, the bath cabin was really small, when the doors of the cabin were open, one of the doors blocked the access to the shower head, also the shower head was broken and leaking water. One of the doors of the shower cabin was broken. Also we had a cockroach.

my request for free cancellation is still not answered by booking.

− Owner of the accommodation has sent private messages to us via whatsapp and asked us to upload personal documents and data to an unknown website outside booking.com. This made us feel very unsafe, We called booking.com and they confirmed a security breach. We asked for a free cancellation of the accommodation which and the request is still unresolved.

Overall, despite the bad first impression, we liked the apartment. Thanks to the owner!

+ Very friendly and caring owner, quickly contacted to resolve issues. Close to the Anton Martin metro station

− The apartment itself is on the 1st floor in the courtyard of the building. The windows are small and covered with film. On the first day when we moved in, we found midges and a cockroach in the kitchen area, fortunately, there were plenty of insect repellents nearby and we got rid of them ourselves)) A small shower, as already written, but this is not a big problem.

Great choice to be in central Madrid and walk to the main spots of the city!

+ The apartment was super well located, easy to walk to many touristic places, we didn’t need to use any transport to explore the city, it was clean, warm to sleep well and comfortable. The host Marta was also very easy to comunica-te via WhatsApp and everything we needed was attended promptly.

− We liked everything but, it’s good to mentioned that the bathroom is small and the shower area can be tight for big people.

+ The owners were very helpful and quick to answer to every question. The location was great and very close to the center. A quiet area and walking distance from everything.

− The humidity in the apartment was uncomfortable and unfortunately made the stay worse... Although the apartment was very clean and tidy when we came, we realised a smudge on of the linen (something which of course isn't horrible) and we saw four small cockroaches :/

− it was boring, and it has a bad smell . I told that to owner and he said you can stay and I will send someone tomorrow to see the problem 🙂
