+ Apartament superb, spațios, foarte curat, utilat până la cel mai mic detaliu. Ne am simțit foarte bine, gazda a fost la dispoziția noastră și a răspuns la orice întrebare.

+ La taille de l'appartement et la terrasse très agréable. L'emplacement proche du centre du charmant village de pollença, des montagnes et les sentiers de randonnées et de la mer. Merci pour les petites attentions en arrivant (eau fraîche, jus d'orange, croissants).

Lovely apartment for a short break in pollensa.

+ Lots of home comforts, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, great shower. A short walk to the centre of pollenca old town. We left our sea shoes and the owners very kindly dropped them off for us in our next nearby location.

− A slight smell of damp in the living area. Everything else was fab.

+ Spotlessly clean well equipped apartment on ground floor. Lots of extras such as Nespresso coffee machine, biscuits, water provided. Good location on a quiet street within easy walking distance of central Pollença. Just on the edge of town near the Roman Bridge. Even has a private terrace backing onto the dry river bed with outdoor furniture. Fabulous shower. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good communication from the owners.

− We had some late night noise from upstairs neighbours but can't blame this on the owners.

Pleasant stay but there is room for improvement

+ The apartment is modern and clean and has most of everything that you might need. There is AirCon in every room which was a bonus as it was hot when we arrived at the property. They also have a nice, decent size terrace which is not overlooked and you can spend time in the evenings to relax. The area where the apartment is situated is very safe and is about 10 min on foot from the center of the town. The accommodation is decent-size too, with a beautiful bathroom, walk in shower etc.

− I think the host should supply some additional bed linen, especially for guests that spend more than 3 days at their property. Otherwise, bring your own linen and they don't supply fresh bed sheets etc. Parking in front of the property is not possible so you have to park the car in a nearby open space car parks. The parking lots are not far from the accommodation and they seemed safe. But, even there, finding a parking spot can be tricky, especially late in the evening. We found this a bit stressful to be honest. Also, we had some issues with their neighbours which were really loud. They live in the apartment above and have been fighting and shouting a lot around 4 o'clock in the morning. Not very pleasant when you have a child with you... We have informed the host about this and hopefully this will be sorted. Some pans and pots in the kitchen are rusted so they can't be used really. The hand-held mixer was also broken. The host needs to pay more attention to these details and make sure all equipment is fully functional.

− Nothing really. As usual with rented apartments there seems to be random pieces of furntiture and some odd kitchen utensils and random numbers of glasses etc. but nothing that bothered us!

Bad

+ The apartment is spacious and equipped. There is a nice outside area.

− The owner is nothing less than a disaster. We communicated with her and also informed that there is a stain on the blanket and not enough shampoo. As a result she became very angry. After 23:00 at night she wrote that she want to come to resolve it. I said that most of us are asleep. Her response shocked me. She said "they will have to get up, we must resolve it now" and she came with her parents at 23:30 knocked on the door and shouted "I will call the police if you don't open". She offered us to check out right then, at midnight. We were tired and decided to look for a different place with a customer oritented service the next morning. If you are looking for an owner that will knock on your door at midnight, this is the best place for you :(. The resolution was to check out the next morning at 9 AM and pay for one night. Booking did nothing to address it. Most of the communication was in writing and yet they refrained from taking any action. As for me, I was disappointed by them as well. In their perspective I should be thankful for the owner that agreed to charge just one night, a night that we could barely sleep thanks to her mad behavior. I have all documented. Great stay in a clean, comfy and well located apartment.

+ Location was great, only ten mins from the old town. Everything was immaculately clean and ready for us to arrive. Bread, water and a few other items provided for us in the fridge. Outside area great for the kids.

− A couple more mugs for our UK teas. We only had smaller tea cups.

A lovely place in Pollensa

+ The apartment is really modern and clean. The hosts were always there whenever we needed them and they were very accommodating. The place is also quite spacious with a really lovely outside area. the location is great, with coffee and shops just around the corner. We would stay again!
