دفعت المال لراحتي ولم اجدها لا في المكان ولا الموقع

+ الصاله الواسعه فقط

− ابلاغنا ان البيت خمس غرف وهو ثلاث غرف فقط عدم وجود مفاتيح على ابواب الحمامات والغرف النظافه سيئه جدا والحشرات الطائرة منتشره بشكل كبير الموقع سيء جدا

− Se cayeron los brakers 2 veces y una de las noches dormimos sin electricidad en lo que el Staff nos pudo resolver.

+ Posizione centrale a 2 minuti dalla gran vie e casa grande e spaziosa per grandi gruppi di persone

− Si potrebbe migliorare un po la pulizia

A perfect place to stay with larger gatherings of family and friends!

+ The interior fit out is gorgeous! This was a lovely place to stay with ten friends. We all enjoyed home cooked meals around the big dining table - perfect way to spend New Year’s!

− Only 1 common bathroom, without a privacy snob on the door, made things a bit tricky! The rent was quite expensive.

− There are no lock on the bathroom. And I really don’t know why. If someone said that they lose the key. It is a stupid saying. Cuz now you can put the lock with no keys only a rotator Big apartment for more than 14 adults with only 2 and a half toilets This is insane

Grand, bon emplacement mais vieillissant

+ Le point fort est indéniablement l'emplacement et la superficie de l'appartement.

− L'accueil par un jeune homme fort désagréable qui n'attendait que le dépôt de garantie. Pas un sourire, aucune courtoisie, et n'a pas effectué l'état des lieux. Or c'est un appartement vieillissant qui n'est pas entretenu: dégât des eaux, portes fenêtres donnant sur la rue qui ne fermaient pas, dont une oscillo-battante ouverte en permanence, meubles de cuisine et de salle de bain abîmés,...

+ Sobre todo la ubicación, cerca de todo. La amplitud del piso La facilidad para dejar las maletas antes y después del check in

− Hubiera estado bien que hubiera gel y champú.

− Tienen que arreglar lo que se ha dañado . Es un inmueble muy bello y hay que hacerle mantenimiento a lo dañado

Deberían avisar que la calle está céntrica pero llena de prostitutas. Con lo que conlleva.

Great stay. Great location. Excellent value for money.

+ Excellent location, conveniently situated for shops and all bars, restaurants etc. The place was very spacious and perfect for chilling out and comfortable beds.

− I liked it all.

+ Passamos quatro dias num grupo familiar de 6 pessoas. O apartamento é amplo, muito bem localizado, perto de vários restaurantes, lojas, mercados e da Gran Via, avenida principal de Madr. Fácil acesso a tdo, roupas de cama e toalhas tem muitas no armário. Porém , apartamento não havia papel toalhas, sabão pra máquina de lavar, panos de limpeza, ou qualquer item pra limpeza ou máquina de lavar. Os box dos banheiros poderiam ter lugar pra colocar xampu e sabonetes, tem que deixar no chão. E na entrada do prédio tem uma porta de vidro que deveriam sinalizar, minha irmã bateu o rosto e quase fraturou o nariz!

Excellent apartment in great location.

+ The place is in a fab location just off the main grand via High street. It’s well equipped and the rooms are comfortable. It’s the perfect base for a group for a long weekend.

− There was building work which started outside at 7am which wasn’t ideal, and the area has a small number of prostitutes who didn’t cause any bother but were just outside the building during the day. This would not put me off returning.
