Gorgeous property and excellent location, but let down by unresolved hot water issues

+ We loved how close the apartment is to everything in Marbella. It is a beautiful property inside a lovely estate with reassuring 24/7 security. The balcony was a highlight, and the full laundry and kitchen setup was incredibly convenient. The host, Nadia, was very responsive when we reached out.

− Unfortunately, the hot water system didn't work properly for 4 guests, leaving us with cold showers. Nadia did quickly arrange a plumber, but having them arrive at 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning was very inconvenient, and the issue was left completely unresolved anyway.

+ We loved the location ,close to both the supermarkets and the beach, plus many wonderful places to visit. The beautifully landscaped gardens created a wonderful atmosphere, and the apartment was bright, spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. Everything felt well cared for and inviting.

− Nothing significant. The only suggestion would be a small welcome pack with essentials like water, milk, and bread for late arrivals after travelling. It would be a thoughtful addition to an already excellent stay.

Veldig hyggelig opphold i Marbella med en romslig og ren leilighet i perfekt beliggenhet.

+ Oppholdet vårt i Marbella forrige uke var helt fantastisk. Det var kjempekoselig helt fra øyeblikket vi fikk nøklene til dagen vi forlot leiligheten. Vertinnen var superhyggelig og veldig imøtekommende, og fikk oss til å føle oss velkommen med en gang. Leiligheten var veldig fin – romslig, ren og velutstyrt. Beliggenheten var også perfekt, med bare 5 minutters gange til stranden og cirka 20 minutter til sentrum av Puerto Banús. Vi kunne virkelig ikke vært mer fornøyde.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Apartamento La Perla. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comfort needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the bright living room, and the large balcony – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The residential complex is beautifully maintained, with tropical gardens, a large pool, and peaceful areas to relax. The location is excellent – in a quiet area of Marbella, close to the beach and restaurants, yet private and calm enough to feel like a retreat. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, providing all the information we needed. Communication was smooth and efficient. We truly felt at home.

+ The apartment is good and corresponds exactly to the photos but Be careful...this high rating is a trap. no rest as you imagine it.

− Here are the elements that ruined my stay for a week: 1- a bed of very poor quality to the point that you feel the iron in your back. 2 - an infernal noise from the gardener who passes early in the morning three days in a row. which is strange for a place made for resting 3- strong presence of mosquitoes. 4- the space in the garage is a joke..very small space stuck to the wall..you risk touching or being touched by other cars. I just realized that with this same budget..you can find much better and that the rating of this apartment is overvalued.

+ So spacious. Very clean. Felt very safe too. Pool area was stunning. So close to the sea and a nice walk along to the port. Nadia was a fantastic host. No problems with late checkout. Thank you.
