− O barulho do camião do lixo mas faz parte

+ El apartamento está en la calle con todas tiendas, supermercados, farmacias. Está situado cerca de la playa y el casco antiguo (a 10 minutos en pie). Tiene parking privado, 10€/día, en caso de venir en 2 coches, hay muy cerca parking público. Tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, que es muy comodo. Todos habitaciones con el aire acondicionado.

Central, vivant et charmant

+ Cet appartement était idéalement placé tout près du Puerto Deportivo de Marbella et de la plage attenante. Le quartier sympa avec un restaurant italien et des commerces et surtout un parking public et un parking privé réservé voisin. Qui plus est les deux terrasses-balcons sont un vrai bonus.

− Le seul petit bémol est l’isolation phonique qui est correcte mais l’activité du voisinage s’entend un peu du fait de l’animation du lieu.

+ We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very welcome. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

+ Amazing for location cleaning and service. We were able to check in earlier and check out later. Bottle of wine as complimentary.! The host is very professional nice and kind. Location is super for a good price close to everything and the beach.

+ Emplacement idéal proche de la vieille ville et de la plage. Parking souterrain en face de la porte d'entrée avec place de parking assez large. 2 balcons sympathique 3 chambres , 2 salles de bain avec toilettes Meilleur rapport qualité/prix du coin

Great value for money. Located right in the centre of town, short walk to a lovely beach.

+ The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated with excellent kitchen facilities. Loved the fact that there was plenty of toilet rolls and even shampoo and conditioner. Washing machine and dish washer. Super cute balcony. Spectacular air con.

− Nothing. I like all of it.

+ La struttura era esattamente come mostrata in foto. Posizione ottima per la spiaggia e con un parcheggio di fianco privato per poterci spostare con l’auto. Non abbiamo mai visto la signora proprietaria ma è sempre stata disponibile con i messaggi per qualunque necessità o richiesta!
