Apartamento Pinada Beach - La Mata

Muy cómodos y satisfechos

+ Estaba todo muy limpio, los muebles parecían relativamente nuevos. Se agradeció el aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Las zonas comunes estaban bastante bien. El acceso a las playas es a través de las dunas pero a tan solo 5 min andando. Al lado del centro del pueblo y el paseo para poder pasear

− Quizá faltaban algo más de vajilla para los 6 adultos y 2 niños que estuvimos. Faltaban los topes en las puertas y nos preocupaba provocar algún desperfecto en las paredes. No hay mucho aparcamiento en la calle del apartamento, obliga a aparcar a unos 5 minutos

Bien para unos días poco calurosos.

+ El precio y la ubicación

− El tema de la luz, que se iba cuado poníamos dos aparatos eléctricos.El wifi iba a ratos, aunque hablamos con él y llamó a la compañía volvió a fallar.La vajilla estaba sucia. Se podrían cuidar un poco más los detalles.

+ Das Bett war unglaublich bequem! Gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage hst gut geheizt bei 13 Grad Aussentemperatur.

− Die Fenster sind nicht wirklich dicht. Dadurch Aussengeräusche nicht gedämpft.

+ La ubicación. Al lado de la playa.

− Le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento con algunos elementos que no influyeron en la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

+ Отличное расположение, всё супер оборудовано, есть всё необходимое, чисто.

− Вода в бассейне для сентября была ледянющая

− Appartement liegt im Schatten, kein Meerblick,

− La terraza comunitaria. Sucia y la barbacoa oxidada. Eso sí, las vistas maravillosas

+ La ubicación, lo cerca de la playa y la piscina.

− Como crítica constructiva: La cama no era tan cómoda. De resto todo bien.

Unas buenas vacaciones

+ La ubicación, cerca de la playa y del centro de la mata. Es un apartamento pequeñito, como para dos personas. Nosotros que fuimos con niños es un poco más incómodo porque tienes que estar abriendo el sofá cama ect. Pero aun así hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones.

− El aire acondicionado, si lo enciendes se encharcaba la terraza porque perdía agua por algún sitio. Si ponías el aire, la TV y la vitro saltaban los plomos. Quizá poco espacio para guardar la ropa siendo 4.

+ The host was very friendly, very helpful, always professional, the palce was super modern and luxurious close to the sea,

We had a great stay, the apartment was well located and was fresh and modern

+ It was beautiful, really clean and modern

− The only thing I would say was It had no beach chairs and a lot of apartments we have stayed at usually provide a few. However we bought 2 and left them behind. Could maybe do with some way to access English tv ?

− I never received instructions on what to do on arrival. I thought there was a reception at the property but there wasn’t. I had to call the host at 1am and luckily they responded and I got the details.

Dissapointing

+ Location was brilliant. Close to everything.

− Only communication with the host was through Booking.com messages. I received instructions the day before arrival. I asked some questions via the msg option on booking.com before this and they were ignored. I asked if there was twin beds in one of the double. This was ignored too. Coffee machine was broken Kitchen tap was loose and spinning around. No washing up liquid Only 4 cups. 3 were chipped. Main light in bunk bedroom not working Handles broken on dresser in bedroom. No mirrors in bedrooms Ensuite bathroom door would not close fully or be locked. Walls need a painting. Black marks. 2 of the 4 seats in the patio are broken Shaving light in main bathroom broken Wardrobe locked with a key in bunk bedroom. No storage in here except for a small chest of drawers. Aircon fine in main kitchen diner area but no airflow in any of the vents in the bedrooms. Had to leave bedroom door open to get cool. Tears on the sofa and kitchen table chairs. I have stayed in other apartments in this block before belonging to different hosts and they have been wonderful people to deal with. Their apartments have been lovely. This apartment is in need of a refurbishment and I was disappointed with the whole experience. Value for money 4 out of 10. Badly needs a tidy up.

− no place to store bikes on ground level so had to carry them up two long flights every night. Bed very uncomfortable, my husband ended up having to sleep on couch. no coffee making facilities, had to buy a cafeteria
