Общее впечатление от проживания, к сожалению, осталось негативным. Несмотря на то, что квартира сама по себе была уютной

+ Апартаменты находятся в отличном месте — в центре, недалеко от моря и в пешей доступности от магазинов. Большой супермаркет находится примерно в 7 минутах ходьбы, что очень удобно. Сами апартаменты очень уютные и напоминают настоящую домашнюю квартиру. Для проживания есть абсолютно всё необходимое: много полотенец, постельного белья, посуды и других мелочей, которые делают пребывание комфортным. Из минусов — система охлаждения. В квартире используется напольный кондиционер, труба от которого выведена на балкон, из-за чего балкон невозможно полностью закрыть. В результате в квартире постоянно сохраняется высокая температура — в комнате она не опускалась ниже 27 градусов. Ночью было достаточно некомфортно спать. Кроме того, сам кондиционер очень шумный. В комнате, где находится только кровать, отдельного кондиционера нет, и прохладный воздух туда практически не поступает. Там работает только вентилятор, который просто перемещает тёплый воздух.

− Мы проживали в апартаментах семьёй: два взрослых и один ребёнок, именно так, как было указано в бронировании. После заселения, когда хозяин ушёл, он начал писать нам сообщения с предположением, что в квартире проживает больше трёх человек. Мы были очень удивлены такими обвинениями, так как никаких дополнительных гостей не было. При этом у хозяина были ключи, и при необходимости он мог проверить количество проживающих. К сожалению, эта ситуация сильно повлияла на наше впечатление от отдыха, так как вместо спокойного проживания нам пришлось объясняться по поводу необоснованных обвинений. После выезда хозяин снова написал нам, что квартира якобы была оставлена в плохом состоянии, и опять поднял вопрос о дополнительных людях. Действительно, при отъезде мы оставили некоторые продукты в холодильнике (большинство из них были закрытые и неиспользованные), а также несколько пластиковых бутылок и мусор, так как уезжали в спешке и не успели всё убрать. Нам было неприятно столкнуться с подобным отношением и обвинениями без оснований. К сожалению, именно эта ситуация испортила общее впечатление от проживания.

+ המיקום של הדירה -מעולה. יש מרפסת חמודה וקטנה . הדירה מאובזרת בכלים רבים, יש מכונת כביסה . בעל הדירה מאוד אדיב , נחמד וזמין.

− אין מיטה זוגית- יש מיטה וחצי (אפילו פחות) -אין באמת חדר שינה - אלא רק המיטה הקטנה והארון שם. יש בעיית נמלים בדירה. אין מזגן בדירה!! אלא רק מאווררים- קצת קשה בחודשי הקיץ.

+ Super Apartment. Klein aber fine! Super gemütlich und alles was man benötigen konnte vor Ort gehabt. Der Besitzer ein super lieber Herr hat bei fragen und Problemen zugehört und direkt geholfen! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen😊

− Très bien pour 3 un peu juste en couchage pour 4 lit de la chambre un peu petit pour deux mais bien si enfants un a la tête un aux pieds

+ Great location in Calella and overall on the Maresme, easy to reach bigger cities by train. Lovely host, very kind. The apartment is very beautiful, and has everything you need, it is such a good place and a great alternative if you do not want to pay too much on accomodation in this area of Catalonia.

− It is not the apartment issue, but the walls in these buildings are paper-thin, so you can hear everything from the neighbours. Better be quiet and respectful, it might not be ideal for a group of youth.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Calella in relax

+ Appartamento piccolo, ma organizzato in maniera funzionale con arredamento accogliente. Posizione perfetta tra spiaggia e via principale del paese. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, davanti alla spiaggia. Dotato di molti accessori per cucinare e per il bagno.

− Camera da letto piccola se occupata da 2 ragazzi/ adulti.

Perfecto si no es por el calor

+ Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la playa. Al apartamento no le faltaba de nada, incluso había cosas que no suelen estar a disposición del cliente que aquí si que había. Anfitrion de 10.

− El aire acondicionado hacia muchísimo ruido, y se hacía difícil descansar. los ventiladores insuficientes si hace mucho calor y tienes apagado el aire acondicionado. Es una pena por todo lo positivo que tiene el apartamento así como el anfitrión,. Pero la realidad fue que no pudimos descansar bien. Si no hace mucho calor es perfecto

A relaxing break in a lovely apartment.

+ The host, Manuel, was so kind and helpful. He couldn't have done more to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment has absolutely everything you would need for a self catered stay. There was no oven but everything else you'd need to cook and wasn't a problem for us. The location was brilliant for the beach, restaurants and shops. Lots of good places to eat.

I stayed with my family, 2 kids, and we really enjoyed staying there!

+ Excellent location, very close to the beach. On the other side the flat is also very close the main square with the church. Building is very quiet, and flat is nice and cosy, well decorated and full of facilities. Owner was very kind and friendly!

− Not an excellent light exposure in the bathroom or the bedroom, but kitchen and living room can be very bright when sun is out!

+ Розташування квартири дуже зручне. Близько до моря, супермаркетів та хвилин 10 до залізничної станціі, атмосферний краєвид з балкону. Квартира оснащена всім необхідним. Мануель неймовірно позитивний, турботливий, готовий до допомоги при першому ж зверненні. А прекрасні пляжі і море роблять відпочинок незабутнім. Хочеться повертатися знову і знову. Дякуємо за за такий чудовий відпочинок.

Świetna lokalizacja, cena i jakość

+ Niesamowity właściciel. Uroczy i zaangażowany w każdy detal pobytu. Mieszkanie jest w świetnym miejscu, dosłownie kilkanaście metrów od plaży, ale kamienica jest usytuowana od strony miasta, co powoduje brak hałasu z przejeżdżających pociągów. Do dyspozycji są 2 pomieszczenia, z proporcjonalnie dużą łazienką. Było wiele przypraw w kuchni, zwykłych codziennych rzeczy, których używasz a na wakacjach często trzeba kupować od nowa, a tutaj były. Podobnie jak kosmetyki, parasole na plażę, parasole na deszcz. Świetne, wygodne miejsce. I właściciel w pełni oddany gościom

Perfect place for short stay. Value = money

+ Very well equipped apartment. Everything needed for short stay. Host very friendly and showed us around in person & was easy to reach if needed anything. Location very good - 10 min walk to train station and just few min walk to the beach.

− It can get rather hot - no AC and dehumidifier is bit to weak for +30 and more degrees and summer humidity

Everything I needed

Super cute and very well located.

+ The apartment is super cute and cosy! It was super clean and have all the necessary amenities (kitchen apliances and utensilities, bathroom with towels, soap, first aid kit, wasking machine, toillet paper etc.). It is equipped with vents on the ceiling vents and it have available an eletric heater too. The TV have Netflix available with a account already setup in our language (apart from the normal spanish channels). The balcony is super cute, with view to the Church tower. The apartment has an elevator and it's very well located close to the train station, and in a street paralel to the main street on Calella (where the majority of the stores, restaurants are located, and paralel to the beach as well (where you can find parking if you need it). Manuel (the apartment owner) is super nice and kind and always checked on us during our stay (by text msg) if we need something or if everything is going well. My parents (seniors) and I loved our stay in this apartment and we'll definitily come back in the future. Thank you Manuel for everything!

Amazing

+ One of the best properties ive ever booked. The owner is super friendly. The location is just perfect. The apartment is well equiped. The balcony is perfect for a sunset and its a couple blocks away from the busy region.

+ The place is very homy and cozy.It's very close to the train station,the beach and the street markets.It's also nice to listen to the church bells which also close by.Manuel always checks if I manage to go in and if I need anything.
