+ Posizione molto centrale senza dubbio. A livello di servizi interni potrebbe essere ammodernata un po' (magari il bagno). Aria condizionata funzionante, letto comodo. Personale davvero molto accogliente e disponibile

+ Location was very convenient, 5 min from train station where you can find bus stops and various places to eat. We could leave our luggage prior checking in. We had a spacious place– a bedroom and a small sitting room. TV set in each room. Air-condition worked well. Very helpful staff.

− Wi fi had some issues. Only a couple of plugs totally in both rooms . Bad smell in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation. Soap/shampoo were not provided. No fridge,

Great!

+ Great room and super super central, close to the beach and shops, with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and bright, and the bed was comfortable.

− The only thing of note was that the toilet was right beside the door so you have to sit on it sideways if the door is shut.

− Mal insonorisé on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et les chambres voisines, salle de bain étroite (presque pas d’espace entre les toilettes et la porte) et robinetterie mal fixée

Excellent stay next to all necessities, boulangerie, market, grocery store, Croisette Beach!

+ Great location, clean and cozy rooms, pleasant owner, and very affordable price. I would recommend it if you would like to be close to the sea, train station, grocery store, market with fresh fruits and working air conditioner (must-have during heat wave)! 5-minute walk to almost anything you need.

− Lack of the fridge, but it was not mentioned in the booking information. So it is more like a recommendation to add one.

Very uncomfortable!

− Room was smelled damp. Toilet shower was not clean. Overall very uncomfortable and dirty.

− Senti falta de uma pessoa que falasse inglês no período integral.

+ Nous avons adoré l'emplacement à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. La clim et l'ascenseur était vraiment un plus. Avoir le code d'accès parmi une grande autonomie agréable. Le personnel était très gentil. La chambre et la salle de bain était très propre et bien décorée.

− Nous entendons un peu trop malheureusement les personnes des chambres à côté ou dans le couloir...

+ Excellent location, very central and convenient for exploring Cannes.

− The hotel is quite dated. The room was clean overall, but it would benefit from a deep cleaning. Some of the shower tiles were stained and had visible mould.

Un peu cher pour la chambre reverser pour 4 nuit

+ L’accueil de la réceptionniste. Et l’emplacement , même si pas de place pour se garer à l’hôtel.

− L’établissement ne vaux pas un 2 étoile et le rapport qualité prix n’est pas justifié (poussière sur les cintre et joint entre les carrelages de la baignoire noire. Moquette dans les escaliers toute tacher) point fort la Clim et matelas Confortable.
