+ La ubicacion muy buena y la piscina.

− Habia cucarachas, el desague de la ducha estaba mal (desde el primer momento, sin usar) lo que hacia que se acumulara el agua y tardara en bajar, por mas que se uso el desatascador no fue posible, el grifo del lavaplatos de agua fria solo tenia un hilito para que saliera agua con fuerza tenias que abrir la caliente y escaldarte las manos.

Premetto che non ci aspettavamo di certo una reggia, ma alcune cose di base sono fondamentali nel settore dell’hospitali

+ La doccia é stata l’unica cosa che si é salvata con una buona pressione dell’acqua. Molto gentile e disponibile é stato anche Enrique dello staff. Posizione comoda se si cerca tranquillità ma macchina obbligatoria per muoversi

− Appartamento 326 assolutamente da ristrutturare da cima a fondo, vecchio in tutto. Letti scomodi con cuscini indescrivibili, ci siamo spaccati il collo per due notti. Lavatrice inutilizzabile, puzzava da morire nonostante mi sia messa a pulirla dato che c’erano pietre e terra nelle guarnizioni, forse da ciò che era stato lavato dalle persone prima. Non credo fosse mai stata pulita o fatta una manutenzione, infatti non centrifugava dopo lo scarico dell’acqua, inutile dire che non l’abbiamo usata per lavare le nostre cose. Stendino arrugginito all’esterno, spugna per i piatti con tanto di capelli, asciugamani vecchi e bucati/consumati. Tavolo invaso da dei piccoli insetti, tipo piccoli ragni. Abbiamo trovato persino una blatta morta da chissà quanto nello spazio tra il piano cottura e la lavatrice, disgustoso. Zanzariere vecchie e sporche e non presenti neanche in tutta la casa, praticamente se vuoi cambiare l’aria in camera da letto poi ti devi tenere anche in vari insetti che entrano. Non per ultimo anche il problema del parcheggio, impossibile da trovare, spesso abbiamo dovuto lasciare l’auto a due o tre strade di distanza.

+ La posizione era buona. Zona molto tranquilla

− La casa non era quella delle foto ma comunque decente. Migliorerei l arredamento e aggiungerei più utensili da cucina

We didn’t stay over night as we were just using the places a base between our check out and flight.

+ The location was great and a short walk to amenities.

− The bedroom smelt damp and the sofa cushions appeared dirty. Additionally, the shower basin didn’t drain quick enough so ended up spilling on the floor and the floor mat was not none slip so I nearly fell.

− Las instalaciones muy deterioradas, al apartamentito le falta muchos retoques, pintura, el baño está horrible, no es lo de la foto.

+ La ubicación

− El baño, horrible. Se sale el agua al ducharse y es un peligro. No hay wifi y tampoco hay cobertura. Entramos al alojamiento a las 17:30h, porque no está listo a las 16:00h, cómo decía el alojamiento cuando lo alquilé.

+ Piscina e zona giorno

− Il wifi non ha mai funzionato e la doccia da rivedere

+ The person of contact (Paula) was very nice and stayed in contact throughout the process with problems, she was very helpful.

− Unfortunately, we immediately discovered that the apartment is infested with mold on almost all of the walls in the apartment. It is clear that someone has attempted to paint over it, but the smell is overwhelming and noticeable throughout the apartment. After just one night, we felt unwell and slept poorly. We consider this a health hazard that makes the stay unbearable and not in accordance with what was presented in the listing. Booking.com is impossible to get in touch with so I can not under any circumstances recommend this platform either. Airb&b on the other hand is excellent. And I will make sure I book an apartment through them the next time.

fantastic stay, fantastic little apartment perfect for 2 people.

+ Apartment was spotless equipped well enough for 2 people spacious front terrace for dining / lounging pool area fantastic good sized pool for swimming in close to the lovely beach

− this is not a negative just a recommendation. The shower head could do with being replaced, its situated a little low for anyone over 5Ft 8". and the fitting is a little lose so when first turning the shower on it has a risk of falling off onto the floor.

Great apartment, swam every morning and would definitely go back.

+ It was a great apartment in a quiet location but with in a good distance from town and beaches

− Could have done with some softer outside furniture…like a lounger or something with cushions. A lamp in the living area would be nice too
