− Lo único malo, en épocas de calor falta de aire acondicionado, aunque con buena ventilación se consigue refrescar la casa.

+ La casa es espectacular, con una terraza maravillosa donde disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles y unos atardeceres de película. El pueblecito es precioso y el entorno fantástico. Un 10 para Isaac, un anfitrión perfecto.

− Die kleinen Schwächen des Hauses und weitere Tipps haben wir direkt mit Isaac geklärt, damit andere Gäste später davon profitieren können.

+ Alojamiento impecable con una decoración exquisita. Ideal para viajar en familia o en pareja. Habitaciones amplias, todo cuidado al detalle. Terraza maravillosa con unos atardeceres de película. Isaac siempre atento para cualquier consulta. Muchas gracias

+ Appartement confortable et pratique: cuisine équipée, jolie séjour, terrasse au 1ER étage pour y prendre l'apéro . Sur les hauteurs de cette jolie petite ville. Accessible par les escaliers ou par la route. Le village vaut vraiment le détoure. Bons restaurants et bons produits boucherie fromages et légumes en boutique.

Nice and comfortable stay for all family.

+ Property was clean and prepared well for our stay. Some gifts having left for us were a good surprise.

+ Насправді гарне розташування, атмосферне містечко в якому хочеться бути. Наявна простора тераса на якій можна зустрічати купу ранків та вечорів, це дійсно дуже великий плюс помешкання. Єдине вид з тераси більше на небо та шматочок моря, бо будинок одноповерховий. Додаю фото з панорамою самого містечка, якою насолоджувались пройшовши трохи вверх по вулиці.

− Були питання до запахів, вентиляції, затхлості приміщень. В помешканні стояли 2 пульверизатори, що намагались своїм ароматом це перебити, але це було ще гірше. Будь ласка, поміняйте постіль, бо це кошмар, на такому люди не мають спати. І взагальному в будинку ніби дрібним декором намагались приховати недоліки, потребує ремонту. І є нюанс, може не бути де припаркувати авто, і це квест. Додаю нижче фото як паркували авто, але там не можна паркуватися. Також помешкання розташоване на куті вулиці де люблять розвертатись автівки, і це буде добре чути. Впринципі помешкання не є дорогим, тому допускається наявність недоліків, але людям чутливим до чистоти та посторонніх запахів не рекомендую.

+ Fantastic view on the ocean from the terrace/roof. Spacious apartment and modern furniture equipped with everything one needs for a week-long stay...or even longer.

− Weather was a bit cooler as usual and thus the apartment felt a bit cooler than to what we're used to, but I'm sure in hotter or warmer periods this becomes a big plusz. Barhroom was a bit damp.

+ Great communication, very clean and appreciated the wine and snack gifts. Balcony is great.

− The place is very cold and needs some sort of heating. The smell of the automatic air freshener is overpowering, but it probably masks the drain and damp smells. Water pressure in shower was low.

Moderne Villa über der Stadt

+ Guter Kontakt zu den Betreibern, prima Ausstattung, schönes Ambiente. Garachico lohnt sich. Der Ort ist bezaubernd, mit guter Infrastruktur und Architektur. Ob das lichtdurchflutete Haus auch im Sommer angenehm ist, können wir nicht beurteilen, im Winter ist es ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen mit Blick auf die Dächer von Garachico. Nur 300m vom Zentrum, aber viele steile Kurven bergauf mit dem Auto, bzw. 140 Stufen zu Fuß.

+ Fantastic view, super stylish, spacious and comfortable villa! We absolutely loved our stay! The host was super friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed being at the property despite little, unfinished touches that would have made it perfect.

+ Excellent location, clean, spacious, great roof terrace with great views. A thoughtful welcome with wine, bottled water, cookies and crackers.

− Would be helpful to have soap and shampoo available in the showers. A few simple condiments for the kitchen like salt and pepper and sugar to make the kitchen more user friendly. Place to hang towels in the bathroom and toilet paper holders. A shelf under the outlets to rest charging devices.

+ The location is splendid and overall the host has done a pretty good job to prepare the property. also, the village is extremely charming and definitely worth exploring in detail. We travelled with a 6 month old baby and we had a cot, high chair and even a bath. All highly useful and appreciated would need to highlight the comfort of the bedrooms and the main bathroom. also the terrace is absolutely amazing and you can have some great moments enjoying the sunset ther.e

− the property is definitely prepared more to impress at a first look rather than being functional. having a dishwasher or at least a dish washing rack could go a very long way. Would definitely trade some of the excess plates for this.

+ The host was in contact throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The view from the terrace was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. It was also well equipped. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A convenient place to stay in Garachico if you are ok with 175 steps to town

− Plumbing not good. Can’t have 2 showers at same time, drains smell

It was also very nice to find some refreshment after we arrived.The accomodation even loooks better in reality than in pictures. The terrace is just the best. + The Apartment Bella Home was just amazing - everything was super clean and lovely decorated. The view from the terrace is magnificent. It is settled in a very quiet and lovely village. The walk to the main square takes about 10 minutes and a few steps. It is a perfect place for 4 people and offers a lot of comfort with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner Isaac was super friendly and very forthcoming.

Amazing apartment in lovely Garachico

+ We loved the property. The apartment is really nice and the terrace with the view is amazing. Isaac was really kind, as my partner asked him to arrange flowers for my arrival as it was my birthday and managed to provide the nicest flower bouquet. Always prompt for reply and suggestions during all our stay.

− sometimes there is a bit of toilet smell. The main bedroom’s toilet has no door, which is not great.

+ The entire property was spacious and furnished beautifully, with the huge terrace being the space I cherished the most. The view from the sofa on the terrace out to the sea was spectacular. Communicating with the friendly host Isaac was so easy. It was also lovely to arrive at the property to find that the host had left us water, wine and sweet and savoury biscuits 😀

− Though the roads and footpaths down to the town are quite steep, there are several ways which you can walk up and down if you don’t use a car or taxi which are easier on your legs! I gave the location a 10 rating as had already read previous reviews about the hills do knew what to expect if walking, and being slightly up the hill from the town gives you those fantastic views I have already mentioned.

+ It had everything you needed: - the kitchen is fully equipped, it even has a toaster and a Citrus juicer, microwave, oven, Nescafe Krups, washing machine and detergent, etc - lots of towels and blankets because the house is a bit cold - Isaac (the owner) was very thoughtful and answered very promptly - he even placed a cot with a firm mattress, for our 5 months old baby , and a single bed, for our friends 5 year old boy - it's a wonderful house, tastefully decorated ❤️ - the street is very quiet so you can rest - the terrace has an amazing view of the ocean and you can sunbathe on the sunbeds or have a cold drink on the sofa, in the shade - Garachico is a small village but with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. There is only a small supermarket (Coviran) and a grocery shop across the street, but they were enough for us to cook dinner at home. If you want something bigger, you can find Mercadona at 10min by car Definitely a destination for relaxation with family or friends.

− It didn't have shampoo or shower gel, only liquid soap, but that's not a problem because Coviran is at 10 min walk from the house

A comfortable stay with amazing views of the sea. Beware of the steps to get to the centre of town.

+ The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The upper deck has fantastic views of the city and the sea. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment had almost all the amenities we needed. The host left a nice welcome gift for us. Street parking was easy and available.

− The house is located at the top of the hill and requires a 10 minute walk to the city center up and down a number of stairs, which could be a challenge for people with limited mobility. It was ok for my family. The kitchen has most things one would need for self catering but could use better knives and a colander for pasta.
