+ La ubicación está muy céntrico y cerca de todo

− Había mucho olor a humedad que no podíamos ni dormir el suelo un poco sucio , habían bichos en el baño, nos dieron una toalla y éramos dos personas, el personal no contestaba mis llamadas ni mis mensajes , llevaba dos pidiendole la contraseña del wifi y toallas y nada ni siquiera contesta

+ Great location, got us transportation from airport, and were quick to response throughout stay.

− Our room was on the top floor where they air dry towels, which was not always pleasant to smell. Although I did see another room with a lowly balcony and more functional bathroom than ours, but it was on a different price bracket.

− Alojamento super sujo, tinha cabelos na parede da banheira e as toalhas de banho pareciam ser usadas, com maquilhagem e húmidas

− We arrived around 6pm, but unfortunately the room wasn’t quite ready yet. We went to the city centre to give the staff some extra time to finish preparing it. However, when we returned about an hour later, the towels were still missing. We also noticed a strong smell coming from the toilet, and the floor in the room could have been cleaner, as it was difficult to walk barefoot without getting our feet dirty. We understand that sometimes there can be delays, but we would have appreciated the room being fully prepared and cleaned by the time we arrived. Especially considering that the price per night is quite high in August.

+ Chambres sans équipement. Salle de bain petite inconfortable. Pas d’accès au lavabo) une partie bloquée par la porte de la douche. Pas de verre pour au moins se rincer. Une seule serviette !!!!

− Tout!! Todo! All!! Chambres dénuées du minimum. Des poils sur la cuvette des toilettes….Aucune sonorisation du bruit ..

− Terrible service, used towels, filth everywhere, a rusty, dirty refrigerator, a broken TV, a sink that moves and almost falls over. You feel like someone is cheating you, and when you ask why, their answer is that the hotel is always full? A rude, opportunistic excuse.

+ It was was easy to book and get access to the room. The partner was busy on Instagram and didn’t like my comments so we only stayed 15 minutes 😬😆😬😆🤣

+ The room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony to see the beautiful streets of marbella old town Really great location close to the main road buses and pharmacies taxis and cafes restaurants right outside our room. Shopping in the alleys & supermarkets and a lovely church. All within walking distance. The staff were so lovely and accomadating, Ouarda was just amazing at helping us. Thank you so much we are grateful for your kindness.

+ The host was very nice, she gave us everything that we asked for. The location is good, and everything is clean.

− In de badkamer waren beestjes aanwezig, Toen we aankwamen kregen we een berichtje welke kaart we uit de kluis mochten nemen maar die kaart was niet aanwezig. We hebben de eigenaar meermaals proberen contacteren maar geen reactie meer gekregen.

+ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made me feel welcome and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

− Una experiencia horrible !! Desde las 12:00 esperando y no llegaba nadie , llamábamos y decían 5 minutos y no llegaba nadie , y cuando alguien vino de casualidad no podíamos entrar por una avería que no había habitaciones , además de nosotros había otra pareja más esperando , y hasta las 18:00 de la tarde no entramos. Un hostal que no llega ni a eso porque está todo sucio , en obras , lleno de polvo y a saber cuántas cosas más. Llego una limpiadora a las 17:00 a limpiarnos la habitación y encima de muy malas formas. No lo recomiendo nada !

− La zona es de baja emisión por lo cual no pudimos acceder con el coche (entendible) pero sería ideal que lo avisarán. A la entrada había como 30 sacos de arena por todo el pasillo. La habitación era ultra pequeña, en 10 m2 esta la cama, el baño y un armario. Las sabanas estaban manchadas de sangre seca, la cama incomoda, hacia mucho frio y solo teníamos las sábanas de verano y una mancha muy fina. En el baño podría orinar y a la vez lavarme los dientes. La tapadera del wc estaba quemada.La ducha estaba comida de cal y no salía el agua bien por la alcachofa. El armario sólo tenía una percha. Caro para lo que ofrece.

+ Von Anfang bis Ende perfektes Service. Ich kam spät an, aber alles war so gut organisiert, dass sogar ich den selbst-check-in geschafft habe. Ich habe mich gefreut mitten in Marbella ein sehr ruhige und angenehme Nacht verbracht zu haben.Das Hotel war genau das was ich für meinen Kurzurlaub gesucht habe.
