Der Preis ist relativ günstig, da kann man wohl nicht mehr erwarten

+ Sehr schöner Pool, hat viel rausgerissen. Chlortabletten und Wasser selbst nachfüllen.

− Gruselige elektrische Anlage, 5, 6 mal am Tag flog die Sicherung raus, maximal 2 Klimaanlagen gleichzeitig (von 4) waren möglich, kam dann die Spülmaschine dazu oder die Druckerhöhungsanlage sprang an, war wieder die Sicherung raus. Teilweise so heiß, das sie sich erst nach dem Abkühlen wieder einschalten ließ. Dabei war dann jedesmal der Kühlschrank ohne Strom. Es gibt eine Auffahrt mit Tor, aber die Torantriebe sind defekt, so wie es aussieht, schon sehr lange. Also auf der Strasse parken, wenn was frei ist. Allgemein alles sehr abgewohnt, Flecken auf den Polsterstühlen, Löcher in der Tischdecke draussen, Chrom der Armaturen abgenutzt, Halter der Dusche oben lose. Das Haus braucht dringend diverse Erneuerungen. Die Vermieterin spricht kein Deutsch und kaum Englisch, Kommunikation nur über Google Übersetzer. Das Problem mit der elektrischen Anlage schien wohl schon lange bekannt zu sein.

Fantastic stay, we will be back again.

+ The pool was fantastic, the house was very clean and spacious, the air con was a great addition and we loved eating outside in the partially covered eating area. Travelling with 5 adults and 1 child we felt there was plenty of space and the house was well equipped with everything we needed.

− Our only comment is we all got bit a few times by mosquitoes in the evenings, after a quick google we found that the locals use a spray called “Halley” after we bought this we weren’t bit anymore and continued to enjoy the outside space.

Perfect location and great facilities.

+ Great location and spacious property. Great base if you want to do training week on the road bike. Will definitely be back!

+ Close to the beach, the pool was perfect for relaxing. It was clean and we enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio in the evenings

+ Before arrival, contact with Catalina was easy. She gave us a tour of the house and explained everything in detail. She and her husband provided a pleasant stay. The kitchen had all necessary amenities. The house is close to the beach. At check out the housekeeping staff was polite and the process was uncomplicated.

− The only negative point were the mosquitos from the nearby wetlands

+ Location....perfect it is only a minutes walk from the main road through playa de muro and five minutes from the beach but you couldn't tell, the area the house is located is very quiet and peaceful with little noiseHouse......large and comfortable, each bedroom has air conditioning, the kitchen is well equipped and the house is easily large enough that even if all seven.beds were used you would have plenty of room although most of the time we were sat outsideExternal......the best part of the house, the two patios on the roof get the sun morning and evening, the barbecue area is large with a lovely seating area and a large table for eating outside, the pool however is incredible it's alot larger than it looks and is about 1.8m deep from the last step which is about a foot and a half drop(takes you by suprise lol)Owner.....easy to contactOverall this house is perfect for staying in playa de muro and I would book here again anytime

− Beds.....the bed in the master bedroom is hard but after a few days you get used to itShowers......water pressure is low so only one shower can be used at a time other wise one is coldMosquitoes....being close to.the canal means you get a lot.of themNone of these effects the quality of the stay at all and would stop me staying here again
