− Sólo había Aire acondicionado en uno de los dormitorios, el que otro sólo tiene un ventilador, siendo caluroso por la noche siendo difícil poder dormir.
Camas algo estrechas para dos adultos
Al ser una isla, los servicios de agua y luz se vieron interrumpidos de forma intermitente por las compañías (no fue un problema del propietario). Estuvo siempre atento y dando infromacion del avance de las reparaciones.

+ Its exactly as you see in the pictures! The ocean is 1m away! Nicolas is an amazing host, who even gave us the keys a lot earlier than the check in time. All the beach equipment was also extremely useful! Also the welcoming food pack was a great touch, not to mention the bottle of wine or the beer. Well done!
Playa Quemada is a very small village but the road is very good and its an easy 20’ drive away from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen or even Timanfaya Park or La Geria. We would love to come back, it was a great week.
− The house can be a bit renovated and perhaps a second AC can be installed (providing some fresh air between the middle room and the living room). The nights were getting quite stuffy inside so the only option we had was to put the AC from time to time and it was not enough for the middle room (the other option that we would have loved was to open the 2 windows (but then we got the huge cockroaches from the beach). Also, a bit surprising how crowded the beach in front of the house was during the day (although the beach is quite lengthy so people could have benefited from more secluded spaces than right in front of the house). Finally there are no walls or separation between the neighbours on the common deck, but this was not really a problem at the end, we found out great life stories from the locals .

+ Quiet place at a pebble beach, more people (mostly locals) hang out during the weekend. In a small village with four restaurants, so dining out is easy. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped, so cooking at home is fine, too.
− Though not a problem for us, but a coffeemachine is missing.

+ Absolutely great place if you are looking for a quiet place directly at the sea and away from all the touristic hustle and bustle. The house and, in particular, the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everthing you might need even during an extended stay. Nicolas is a great and uncomplicated host and has even provided us with the basics for the first breakfast. Will definitely come back!
− The beach in front of the house is somewhat rocky, but really nothing to complain about :-)
