+ La hospitalidad de Richard, la casa muy comoda y cercana a Moraira pueblo, supermercados, playas, etc...En definitiva una experiencia muy positiva. Si podemos, repetiremos.

Nice place in a beautiful town

+ Beautiful town, great host, clean and comfortable spaces, and everything needed to spend a good time. All appliances worked perfectly fine.

− The heating was a bit difficult to control and we were constantly balancing between being too hot or too cold, but this shouldn't be an issue most of the year, it just happened that there was bad weather when we visited.

Lovely villa helpful hosts

+ Lovely cosy villa, Nikki and Richard went above and beyond to help with anything they could. Only downside is second toilet being downstairs in garage which wasn't ideal for us. Other than that, great little villa for a week. Lovely view from balcony.

Return visit to great accommodation in Moraira

+ Good facilities, private pool, very clean and comfortable. Friendly welcome and good communication from Richard.

− Only limited channels on Sky TV in main lounge, and some of these suffer from weather interference. To some extent, this has been compensated for by access to Netflix.

Perfect villa, spotlessy clean & everything you would need for a great holiday.

+ Everything was perfect.

− Nothing.

Lovely location, great facilities. perfect for a relaxing holiday.

+ The privacy round the pool, and the comfortable outdoor seating area. Great air con which is a necessity in summer.

− TV channels would disappear sometimes. However, Richard tried hard to get them back. Also, we would have preferred an electric kettle.

We stayed with our son, his partner and our two young grandchildren. Everyone settled in very quickly and really enjoye

+ Great location, close to everything. Lovely pool. Villa very well maintained. And the owners were very helpful.

Great villa, with owners who care.

+ We have stayed at this property previously, so we knew what we were expecting. It is nice to see how the pool and garden areas have been maintained/ improved. The addition of the extra shower is a bonus. The WIFI is excellent as we had great uninterrupted signal both inside and outside of the villa.

− The villa is a great, but if I had to say what could be improved, I would suggest making more use if the garage space, potentially creating a games room, as it provides a welcome shade all day long and great for small and big children 😊 This is just a suggestion, it didn’t impact our enjoyment.

+ the outside area was particularly good. The outdoor furniture and sun loungers were of good quality. The Villa is very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the showers are excellent. Richard the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely consider a repeat booking.

− We would have preferred an electric kettle.
