Would be fine if was not for the cockroaches.
Easy to collect the keys in a box at the door. Code worked as per the email sent. Easy instructions to follow were sent. The property is as described in terms of space and furniture, and has a good space. Easy walking distance to the beach. There was easy communication with owners via WhatsApp, and when we had the issue with the cockroaches, a full refund was given without further stress and delays, which was appreciated.
We arrived in the evening to find at least 30 small cockroaches walking on kitchen surfaces, drawers, cupboards, etc. We also saw some in a bedroom. We couldn't do much in the evening, so we had to stay for the first night. We contacted the owners, who offered an extermination that would only be possible after 2 days because it was the weekend. We did not accept that and asked for a full refund, which was granted. We had to arrange and move to another place the next morning, at the last minute, which was not ideal, but appreciated having no issues with the refund/etc. Apart from the cockroach issue, the outside door to the building was not working properly and was very hard to open and close, requiring several tries and wasting time just to get in/out. The night was very noisy; the windows are not very effective at blocking sound from street.
