+ La casa muy cómoda y con parking propio

− No hay lavavajillas

+ La casita es súper acogedora. Además del patio lleno de diversidad de flora, se respira calidez en su interior! Tienes todo lo necesario para estar a gusto! Puedes dejar tu coche dentro! A escasos minutos de la plaza del pueblo! Repetiremos y Gracias !

+ La verdad que todo estaba muy bien y lo mejor es tener aparcamiento privado

+ nos gusto todo la verdad. La casa es tal cuál se ve en las fotos muy comoda, con todas las comodidades de una casa para entrar. Aire acondicionado en 3 estancias.

− faltaba un poco de limpieza en el jardín. Pero de resto todo ok

+ Fantástico lugar para desconectar y apreciar los entresijos de Agaete. Repetiremos!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

+ Superschön gelegen in der Altstadt von Agaete. Der Vermieter hat Tips gegeben und die Kommunikation war nicht zu übertreffen. Es ist leider der Kühlschrank kaputt gegangen, aber sofort wurde ein neuer organisiert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

− An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Nachbarhund von gegenüber hat permanent gebellt und gejault wenn der Besitzer weg war, aber man möchte es ja so erleben wie es ist und nicht geschönt, deshalb gehört das auch dazu.

+ Situation, décoration, cuisine très belle et pratique avec un équipement excellent, jardin mignon, les vélos même si on n’en a pas profité,lav terrasse, bref l’ensemble

− L’élit un peu petit malgré son excellente qualité

+ Modern ,sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alles was man benötigen könnte ,ist vor Ort. Einrichtung hochwertig. Alles macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Tolle Betten, sehr bequem. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Kleiner aber schöner blumiger Garten anbei , lädt ein zum "Draußensitzen". Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus.Tolle , ausführliche Wegbeschreibung. Check in sowie Check out Zeiten völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und geben gerne die volle Punktzahl.

+ La situación de la casa, la luminosidad y el espacio exterior aunque por la lluvia no fue posible disfrutarlo demasiado.Las vivienda moderna, limpia y con todo lo que necesitas para el día a día.

− La hora de salida, entiendo que se ha cogido como norma general en muchas de las viviendas vacacionales que hacen mas corta la salida. Es cierto que nos dejaron acceder a la vivienda una hora antes pero ya no me daba tiempo y tampoco fue así. Se ha cogido como norma que el último día se sale antes por la limpieza, que es algo que ya se paga en muchos alojamientos y encima te hacen salir antes aún sabiendo que el último día te cobran lo mismo que los anteriores.

Inolvidable estancia

+ Excelente alojamiento con todo el equipamiento preciso y en excelente estado. Habitaciones amplias y confortables, distribuidor interior cubierto muy agradable, baño moderno y ducha magnífica. Inmejorable situación para visitar la isla.

+ Appartement très propre, en excellent état. Parking intégré. Petit jardin sympathique. Nous recommandons.

+ Totalmente equipado, tienes todo lo que puedes necesitar respecto a electrodomésticos. Todo limpio y ordenado, cumplió nuestras expectativas. Además puedes entrar el coche en la zona de la entrada/terraza, lo que es un gran PLUS en la zona. Llegada autónoma y sencilla. La anfitriona nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales y fue muy atenta.

Exceptional

+ The house, the garden and the sun terrace have everything you need- a well equipped kitchen, comfy living room area with lots of brochures, maps and information about the local attractions, games and TV for a lazy day. Good sized bedrooms have super comfy beds and fresh, spotless clean bed linen. Bedrooms have lots of storage for your clothes and belongings. The host is very attentive, helpful and respects your privacy as a guest. The house is located in a lovely little town where you can experience real life with local people. There are few authentic places to eat out and have a drink near the centre.

− The parking space is a bonus but it's very small. It takes some practice to park there.

Great newly upgraded accommodation.

+ The accommodation was clean and comfortable and very recently upgraded to a high standard - with a great shower. The garden and roof deck were a bonus. The parking space was also useful to have. Host was quick to respond to any messages. Easy walk to the village centre.

− Nothing. Would have been nice to have some cushions for the outside furniture - but not a big issue. The parking space is very tight and not suitable for a larger car. We just about managed with a Seat Arona, but anything bigger would be a challenge.

Exceptional

+ Amazing traditional house with amazing little garden and a parking place in amazing old part of town of Agaete. Perfect communication, no problems, everything perfect 👍

− Just a note: For not experienced drivers might be a little challenge to get to parking place and it is definitely suitable for smaller cars (size Opel Corsa and similar)

Used it as a base for visiting the area - again!

+ The garden; nice lounge; typical Spanish house; kitchen facilities; parking facilities (but better for a smaller car).

− Would have liked another fan in the second bedroom; some more stuff (like bin liners; toilet rolls etc) for the 5 days. Bathroom/shower could be more modern.

Comfortable house with nice garden and private parking

+ nice garden with gate and parking space, good position near shops and cafeteria with bakery, very good bed, wifi, well equiped kitchen, comfortable living room and nice outdoor relax area in front of the house. Helpful and friendly owners provide us with advice what to visit and where are shops we needed.

Superb

+ The stay was very pleasant. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean. From the host, we were given precise instructions for receiving the keys and also tips and recommendations of places to visit. We took advantage of a visit to a nearby coffee plantation - a great experience :) The garden was very nice and we enjoyed spending evenings in it and eating breakfast. The rooftop terrace offered sun loungers overlooking the mountains and the town. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. You can park your car directly on the property - safe and convenient.

− Unfortunately, during our entire stay, there was construction work taking place at a close distance. Heavy vehicles drove back and forth under the windows from morning to evening. This was definitely uncomfortable, but the owners have no control over this, however, we could have been informed in advance of this inconvenience. The washing machine, unfortunately, did not work, so we had to use the self-service laundry in a nearby town. We reported this issue to the host.

really delightful house, extremely welcoming hosts

+ Casa Carmela was an absolute delight to stay in. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the garden was lush. We had dinner in the garden one night and it was lovely, so quiet and peaceful. The rooftop terrace is also a bonus, and the views of the surrounding hills with their clusters of white-washed houses are spectacular. The host was also extremely welcoming and warm: she told us everything we needed to know, recommended places to see and restaurants, and gave us two bikes to cycle around the town. Really, this was a treat from start to finish!

+ Typical spanish town house. Situated in a living area of Agaete. Nice garden to sit outside for dinner. Perfect to discover the northwest of Gran Canaria.

− Not enough dishes and kitchen accessories. To cook AND eat with 4 persons, 6 or 8 spoons and forks are helpful. A large cooking pan and a pasta colander would be perfect. Nothing that can't be changed. :-)

+ Lovely accommodation, beautiful inside and outside. Clean and organised, would definitely recommend!

− If you are an inexperienced driver or have a large car the street can be difficult to navigate.
