+ La pulizia della camera, la dimensione generosa, la cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario, la posizione (comoda alla metro)...

+ Chambre climatisée très jolie et propre, cuisine partagée avec café et thé. C’est appréciable qu’il n’y ai que 2 chambres et donc pas trop de monde. Merci à Pati pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité par messages !! Quartier sympa et calme, proche du métro (qui était fermé mais il y avait des bus de substitution). Très bon petit restaurant sur la place juste au dessus (il faut savoir que pas mal de commerces/restaurants sont fermés en août pour congés). Merci beaucoup Pati :)

Sehr schönes Gästehaus!

+ Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Pension in einem liebevoll renovierten und modernisierten Altbau. Es fehlt an nichts, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, USB-Ladesteckdosen, schöne Beleuchtung, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin Pati. Danke Pati! Ruhige Lage in der Altstadt von Sarria, feine Bäckerei genau gegenüber, kleiner Supermarkt in einer Minute erreichbar (ein bisschen versteckt im Untergeschoss eines Altbaus gegenüber). Modernes, sauberes Untergrund-Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe, ca. 2 bis 3 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

+ I had an enjoyable stay at Casa Filomena. The host was very responsive and friendly and I appreciated that very much. The accommodations were modest but met my needs and the location was in a nice neighborhood with historic sites nearby.

− Nothing stood out to me as particularly negative.

+ Nettes Zimmer in einem kleinen Haus in einer Fussgängerzone etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Die Lage ist extrem gut, mehrere Bäckereien und Restaurants sowie eine Bushaltestelle, ein Supermarkt und eine Apotheke direkt gegenüber oder nebenan. Das Viertel Sarria ist belebt aber nicht hektisch. Wir haben jeden zweiten Abend in der Nachbarschaft zu Abend gegessen, weil wir die Beschaulichkeit genossen haben. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Mit der Metro ist man in einer halben Stunde im Zentrum. Es gibt nur zwei Zimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und bemüht, außerdem stets erreichbar. Ein absoluter Volltreffer.

+ Mucho encanto, con una cocina súper amplia y preciosa. Súper bien ubicado. La asistencia de Pati.

+ La posizione è in una buona zona residenziale, lontana dalle folle turistiche; la colazione non era prevista ma c'è la possibilità di fare il caffè. La signora Pati che la gestisce è una persona molto cortese e disponibile a fornire informazioni e ad aiutare per esigenze particolari. La stanza è carina ed ha un comodo terrazzino.

− Solo che manca il bidet, ma questa è una esigenza tutta italiana

Nice neighborhood away from tourist areas

+ The hostess was always responsive and helpful. The easy check-in. Daily housekeeping. The use of a spacious kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. However there were no napkins or paper towels.

− The AC can only be set at 25C or above. We had to open the windows and it was noisy day and night. At 2:45 am a noisy truck would pass by -maybe trash. No chairs in the room. No table big enough to put our electronics, sunglasses, chargers, glasses, water and other personal items. We had to put our toiletry bags on stools, and weren’t able to unpack toiletries, except for toothbrush/paste. There was only one soap dispenser to share between sink and shower, had to lean over to pump then stand up to apply, then repeat. Only 1 bed pillow per person. Very limited space to unpack suitcases. We felt like staying at someone’s home free of charge and we had to make due with what was available.

A bit of calm a short hop from central Barcelona

+ Very easy to reach the centre of the Barcelona (less than half an hour from the front door to Plaza Catalunya) but a nice quiet neighbourhood which was a welcome retreat from the bustle of the city. Felt very safe and not at all touristy. Host friendly and welcoming; accommodation itself comfortable.

+ Ganz tolle Lage in einem ruhigen Viertel, das trotzdem Mega gut angebunden ist. Super lieber Service, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt :)

Un très bon séjour, comme à la maison en mieux, plein de charme !

+ Plein de charme, propre, petit quartier sympa ! Et quel accueil chaleureux, merci ! Je recommande. Nous avions la maison pour nous, elle n’a que deux chambres. Donc petit dej tranquilles.

− Pas grand chose : peut-être un peu excentré des sites principaux, un peu bruyant côté rue mais il y a l’air conditionné et des doubles vitrages ! La douche serait à rénover.
