Excelente ubicación, apartamento limpio y cómodo para dos.

+ Nos ha gustado mucho nuestra estancia. La ubicación es excelente, con todo lo necesario cerca y muy bien comunicada. El apartamento estaba muy limpio a nuestra llegada y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. El tamaño es perfecto para dos personas, ya que resulta acogedor y funcional. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

− Lo único negativo es que el lavavajillas no funcionaba, aunque para nosotros no fue un impedimento ni afectó a la experiencia. En general, hemos estado muy a gusto y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Muy recomendable!

− Assolutamente da evitare, è stata una pessima esperienza, all'apparenza sembra tutto ben messo ma ci siamo resi ben presto conto delle carenze...poca pulizia, c'era sabbia sul divano, lavastoviglie presente ma non funzionante(con tasti rotti), buchi sopra la testata del letto, uno scaldabagno per farsi la doccia piccolissimo che si riesce a malapena a farsi una doccia e se siete in due dovete attendere prima di fare la seconda, le federe dei cuscini completamente diverse(mai capitato una cosa del genere)e questo ci doveva insospettire, infatti quando siamo andati a letto ci siamo accorti che mancava il lenzuolo, praticamente c'era solo un copriletto, vista l'ora il giorno dopo abbiamo contattato via messaggio il referente della stanza(Gaia) che si è scusata e che avrebbe provveduto, ma la sera seguente il letto era ancora senza lenzuolo, ho provato a chiamarla senza risposta e con messaggi mi ha risposto scusandosi ancora e che la ragazza non era passata e che il giorno seguente sarebbe stato sistemato(intanto abbiamo passato due notte senza lenzuolo!!) e che ci sarebbe stato un rimborso di qualcosa...in realtà il rimborso non c'è stato e quando a fine soggiorno gli ho chiesto appunto  del rimborso non ha più risposto...tanta apparenza e niente sostanza non andateci!!

− El alojamiento no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. El lavavajillas no funcionaba, había moho en el lavabo y en las cortinas, y el salón y el dormitorio estaban muy polvorientos. Cuando colocamos nuestra ropa en el armario, se llenó de polvo. Intentamos contactar varias veces al propietario durante la estancia por teléfono y mensajes, pero no recibimos respuesta. Esperábamos un alojamiento limpio y en buen estado, pero lamentablemente no fue así. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes tener en cuenta estos problemas

− Que no nos atendieran el teléfono para poder dejar las maletas antes del checking y no nos trajeron las sábanas que pedimos para la cama auxiliar

+ Not a lot.. Good location and good apartment complex..

− Filthy smelling of smoke towels and bedsheets and filthy kitchen towels.. Balcony and washing line filthy.. Filthy smelling bedcovers and curtains dirty and worn.. Microwave dirty and all crockery and cutlery dirty and nothing matching.. Paintwork in apartment scuffed and marked throughout.. Suspected hidden camera in bedroom but couldn't check.. Shower dirty and mouldy and everything poorly cleaned.. No information about anything, not even the exit and entrance door pascode.. Problems with WiFi.. All in all a very disappointing experience..:-(

+ Ligging was prima, douche was goed

− Het bed kraakte verschrikkelijk, als je je omdraaide werd je partner wakker. Servies en bestek te weinig ( 1 koffie kopje ), vaatwasser die het niet doet. En het slot hapert soms, op een cruciaal moment van de bus halen, ging de deur niet open. De host was erg vriendelijk, maar als je via de app haar een vraag stelde, kreeg je er geen antwoord op.

Would recommend and return.

+ Love staying at Bristol Sunset Beach. We have stayed in different apartments over the years but love the location. The size of the rooms are perfect for us but more importantly they are bright and modern. The balconies are big enough to sit and have a drink or food. Pool area is nice a bit small but seems to just accommodate anyone that wants to use it. There is a roof terrace and bar which is nice to have on site. They are secure and have a local super market.

+ The location is excellent, with a large parking area nearby, and the apartment is equipped with all the comforts. The owner is very kind and helpful. If we return to the area, it will be a pleasure to stay here again.

Scelta perfetta

+ Posizione ottima, 400mt dalla via centrale. Bel comprensorio con piscina. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Macchinetta Nespresso x caffè e phon per capelli potente. A 200mt 2 supermercati. Parcheggio ampio davanti. La ragazza italiana sempre precisa e presente via whatsapp.

− Unico neo/suggerimento: la rete del letto non è molto adeguata al buon materasso. Poi peccato che sia un letto matrimoniale alla francese, ma ormai sono sempre così.

+ Bell appartamento nuovo in un bel contesto con piscina ,pulito,e molto ben posizionato sia per parcheggiare sia per raggiungere il centro e tutti i locali !! Consigliato

+ Modern nice apartment with all you need for a nice stay. Good host that helps out with what you need. The hotel it is a part of is nice with good staff and nice restaurants and pool area.

− No AC and the ceiling fan was faulty. This apartment needs a strong ceiling fan in both rooms to work in the heat. The apartment is located above the side entrance and vending machine so bring earplugs if you want to sleep with the window open.

Sadly wasn’t what I expected

+ They had a dish washer

− The bed was worn away. There was not air-con, the hair dryer didn’t work. The Wi-Fi was slow. The sofa was worn. And didn’t look anything like that pictures on booking.com

balcony was small and when you had windows open a lot of noise from the road

+ property was clean

− no safe key even though there was a safe in the apartment!! also no toaster there was a dishwasher which is a waste with only 2 cups in apartment.
